耶和華是受壓迫之人的庇護所，是災荒之時的庇護所。

住在至高者隱祕處的，將安居在全能者的蔭庇下。

耶和華啊，因為你必祝福義人，你用恩典如盾牌圍繞他！

陰間的繩索圍繞我，死亡的陷阱迎向我。

大衛在耶和華解救他脫離一切仇敵和掃羅之手的日子，向耶和華吟誦了這首歌的歌詞。

他在我口中賜下新歌，就是對我們神的讚美；許多人看見就心存敬畏，並要依靠耶和華。

大聲呼喊說：「救恩屬於坐在寶座上我們的神、屬於羔羊！」

因為你們已經死了，你們的生命與基督一同藏在神裡面。

惡人必有許多痛苦；但依靠耶和華的，必有慈愛圍繞他。
