爾雖播種、不得刈穫、雖踐踐或作壓下同油果、不得油以膏身、雖踐葡萄、不得酒以飲、

You will plant but not harvest; you will press olives but not use the oil, you will crush grapes but not drink the wine.

You will plant seeds. But you will not harvest any crops. You will press olives. But you will not use the oil. You will crush grapes. But you will not drink the wine that is made from them.

You shall sow, but not reap; you shall tread olives, but not anoint yourselves with oil; you shall tread grapes, but not drink wine.

他們的財寶必成為掠物；他們的房屋必變為荒場。他們必建造房屋，卻不得住在其內；栽種葡萄園，卻不得喝所出的酒。

你們踐踏貧民，向他們勒索麥子；你們用鑿過的石頭建造房屋，卻不得住在其內；栽種美好的葡萄園，卻不得喝所出的酒。

他們種的是麥子，收的是荊棘；勞勞苦苦卻毫無益處。因耶和華的烈怒，你們必為自己的土產羞愧。

你們要白白地勞力；因為你們的地不出土產，其上的樹木也不結果子。

你帶到田間的種子雖多，收進來的卻少，因為被蝗蟲吃了。你栽種、修理葡萄園，卻不得收葡萄，也不得喝葡萄酒，因為被蟲子吃了。你全境有橄欖樹，卻不得其油抹身，因為樹上的橄欖不熟自落了。

你們撒的種多，收的卻少；你們吃，卻不得飽；喝，卻不得足；穿衣服，卻不得暖；得工錢的，將工錢裝在破漏的囊中。」

他們要建造房屋，自己居住；栽種葡萄園，吃其中的果子。他們建造的，別人不得住；他們栽種的，別人不得吃；因為我民的日子必像樹木的日子；我選民親手勞碌得來的必長久享用。

耶和華指着自己的右手和大能的膀臂起誓說：我必不再將你的五穀給你仇敵作食物；外邦人也不再喝你勞碌得來的新酒。惟有那收割的要吃，並讚美耶和華；那聚斂的要在我聖所的院內喝。

田荒涼，地悲哀；因為五穀毀壞，新酒乾竭，油也缺乏。農夫啊，你們要慚愧；修理葡萄園的啊，你們要哀號；因為大麥小麥與田間的莊稼都滅絕了。葡萄樹枯乾；無花果樹衰殘。石榴樹、棕樹、蘋果樹，連田野一切的樹木也都枯乾；眾人的喜樂盡都消滅。
