You will eat but not be satisfied; your stomach will still be empty. You will store up but save nothing, because what you save I will give to the sword.

You will eat. But you will not be satisfied. Your stomachs will still be empty. You will try to save what you can. But you will not be able to. If you do save something, it will be destroyed in battle.

You shall eat, but not be satisfied, and there shall be hunger within you; you shall put away, but not preserve, and what you preserve I will give to the sword.

You will eat but never have enough. Your hunger pangs and emptiness will remain. And though you try to save your money, it will come to nothing in the end. You will save a little, but I will give it to those who conquer you.

他們吃，卻不得飽；行淫，而不得立後；因為他們離棄耶和華，不遵他的命。

我要折斷你們的杖，就是斷絕你們的糧。那時，必有十個女人在一個爐子給你們烤餅，按分量秤給你們；你們要吃，也吃不飽。

他又對我說：「人子啊，我必在耶路撒冷折斷他們的杖，就是斷絕他們的糧。他們吃餅要按分兩，憂慮而吃；喝水也要按制子，驚惶而喝；使他們缺糧缺水，彼此驚惶，因自己的罪孽消滅。」

你的民三分之一必遭瘟疫而死，在你中間必因饑荒消滅；三分之一必在你四圍倒在刀下；我必將三分之一分散四方，並要拔刀追趕他們。

地上的居民哪，恐懼、陷坑、網羅都臨近你。躲避恐懼聲音的必墜入陷坑；從陷坑上來的必被網羅纏住；因為天上的窗戶都開了，地的根基也震動了。地全然破壞，盡都崩裂，大大地震動了。地要東倒西歪，好像醉酒的人；又搖來搖去，好像吊牀。罪過在其上沉重，必然塌陷，不能復起。

人在父家拉住弟兄，說：你有衣服，可以作我們的官長。這敗落的事歸在你手下吧！那時，他必揚聲說：我不作醫治你們的人；因我家中沒有糧食，也沒有衣服，你們不可立我作百姓的官長。耶路撒冷敗落，猶大傾倒；因為他們的舌頭和行為與耶和華反對，惹了他榮光的眼目。

所以，主耶和華如此說：我的僕人必得吃，你們卻飢餓；我的僕人必得喝，你們卻乾渴；我的僕人必歡喜，你們卻蒙羞。

論南方牲畜的默示：他們把財物馱在驢駒的脊背上，將寶物馱在駱駝的肉鞍上，經過艱難困苦之地，就是公獅、母獅、蝮蛇、火焰的飛龍之地，往那不利於他們的民那裏去。

快跑的不能逃脫；有力的不能用力；剛勇的也不能自救。拿弓的不能站立；腿快的不能逃脫；騎馬的也不能自救。到那日，勇士中最有膽量的，必赤身逃跑。這是耶和華說的。

有人右邊搶奪，仍受飢餓，左邊吞吃，仍不飽足；各人吃自己膀臂上的肉。

因為在我怒中有火燒起，直燒到極深的陰間，把地和地的出產盡都焚燒，山的根基也燒着了。我要將禍患堆在他們身上，把我的箭向他們射盡。他們必因飢餓消瘦，被炎熱苦毒吞滅。我要打發野獸用牙齒咬他們，並土中腹行的，用毒氣害他們。外頭有刀劍，內室有驚恐，使人喪亡，使少男、童女、吃奶的、白髮的，盡都滅絕。

你們撒的種多，收的卻少；你們吃，卻不得飽；喝，卻不得足；穿衣服，卻不得暖；得工錢的，將工錢裝在破漏的囊中。」

躲避恐懼的必墜入陷坑；從陷坑上來的必被網羅纏住；因我必使追討之年臨到摩押。這是耶和華說的。

在那一切日子，有人來到穀堆，想得二十斗，只得了十斗。有人來到酒池，想得五十桶，只得了二十桶。

我看見主站在祭壇旁邊；他說：你要擊打柱頂，使門檻震動，打碎柱頂，落在眾人頭上；所剩下的人，我必用刀殺戮，無一人能逃避，無一人能逃脫。他們雖然挖透陰間，我的手必取出他們來；雖然爬上天去，我必拿下他們來；雖然藏在迦密山頂，我必搜尋，捉出他們來；雖然從我眼前藏在海底，我必命蛇咬他們；雖被仇敵擄去，我必命刀劍殺戮他們；我必向他們定住眼目，降禍不降福。
