1 Samuel 10:3 - Then you will go on further from there, and you will come to the terebinth tree of Tabor, and three men going up to [sacrifice to] God at Bethel will meet you there, one carrying three young goats, another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a jug of wine.
1 Samuel 10:4 - They will greet you and give you two loaves of bread, which you will accept from their hand.
1 Samuel 10:5 - After that you will come to the hill of God where the garrison of the Philistines is; and when you come there to the city, you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place [of worship] with harp, tambourine, flute, and lyre before them, and they will be prophesying.
1 Samuel 10:6 - Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you mightily, and you will prophesy with them, and you will be changed into another man.
1 Samuel 10:7 - When these signs come to you, do for yourself whatever the situation requires, for God is with you.
Jeremiah 17:15 - Behold, they keep saying to me, “Where is the word of the Lord [that is, the disaster that you prophesied]? Let it come now!”
John 14:29 - I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does take place, you may believe and have faith [in Me].
Hosea 1:2 - When the Lord first spoke through Hosea, the Lord said to him, “Go, take for yourself a wife of prostitution and have children of [her] prostitution; for the land commits great acts of prostitution by not following the Lord.”
Hosea 1:3 - So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.
Hosea 1:4 - And the Lord said to him, “Name him Jezreel; for yet in a little while I will avenge the blood [that was shed in the Valley] of Jezreel and inflict the punishment for it on the house of Jehu, and I will put an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel.
Hosea 1:5 - On that day I will break the bow [of the military power] of Israel in the Valley of Jezreel.”
Hosea 1:6 - Then Gomer conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. And the Lord said to Hosea, “Name her Lo-Ruhamah (not shown mercy), for I will no longer have mercy on the house of Israel, that I would ever forgive them.
Hosea 1:7 - But I will have mercy on the house of Judah and will rescue them by the Lord their God, and will not rescue them by bow, sword, war, horses, or horsemen.”
Hosea 1:8 - Now when Gomer had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, she conceived and gave birth to a son.
Hosea 1:9 - And the Lord said, “Name him Lo-Ammi (not my people), for you are not My people and I am not your God.”
Isaiah 20:3 - And the Lord said, “Even as My servant Isaiah has walked stripped and barefoot for three years as a sign and forewarning concerning Egypt and Cush (Ethiopia),
Ezekiel 12:11 - Say, ‘I am a sign to you. As I have done, so it will be done to them; they will go into exile, into captivity.’
Luke 11:29 - Now as the crowds were increasing [in number], He began to say, “This [present] generation is a wicked generation; it seeks a sign (attesting miracle), but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah [the prophet].
Luke 11:30 - For just as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so will the Son of Man also be [a sign] to this generation.
Ezekiel 6:7 - The slain will fall among you, then you shall know [without any doubt] that I am the Lord.
Ezekiel 4:3 - Further, take an iron plate and place it as an iron wall between you and the city, and set your face toward it so that it is under siege, and besiege it. This is a sign to the house of Israel.
