I will take away the chariots from Ephraim and the warhorses from Jerusalem, and the battle bow will be broken. He will proclaim peace to the nations. His rule will extend from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.

I will take the chariots away from Ephraim. I will remove the war horses from Jerusalem. I will break the bows that are used in battle. Your king will announce peace to the nations. He will rule from ocean to ocean. His kingdom will reach from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the war horse from Jerusalem; and the battle bow shall be cut off, and he shall speak peace to the nations; his rule shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.

I will remove the battle chariots from Israel and the warhorses from Jerusalem. I will destroy all the weapons used in battle, and your king will bring peace to the nations. His realm will stretch from sea to sea and from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

On that day I will make a covenant for them with the wild animals, the birds of the sky, and the creatures that crawl on the ground. I will shatter bow, sword, and weapons of war in the land and will enable the people to rest securely.

But I will have compassion on the house of Judah, and I will deliver them by the Lord their God. I will not deliver them by bow, sword, or war, or by horses and cavalry.

since the weapons of our warfare are not worldly, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish argumentsand every high-minded thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, taking every thought captive to obey Christ.

and through Him to reconcile everything to Himself by making peace through the blood of His cross— whether things on earth or things in heaven.Once you were alienated and hostile in your minds because of your evil actions.

For the nation and the kingdom that will not serve you will perish; those nations will be annihilated.

I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will lead him and restore comfort to him and his mourners,creating words of praise.” The Lord says,“ Peace, peace to the one who is far or near, and I will heal him.

In that day— this is the Lord’s declaration— I will remove your horses from you and wreck your chariots.I will remove the cities of your land and tear down all your fortresses.

May the righteous flourish in his days and prosperity abound until the moon is no more.May he rule from sea to sea and from the Euphrates to the ends of the earth.May desert tribes kneel before him and his enemies lick the dust.May the kings of Tarshish and the coasts and islands bring tribute, the kings of Sheba and Seba offer gifts.Let all kings bow down to him, all nations serve him.

The seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying: The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah, and He will reign forever and ever!

For a child will be born for us, a son will be given to us, and the government will be on His shoulders. He will be named Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.The dominion will be vast, and its prosperity will never end. He will reign on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish and sustain it with justice and righteousness from now on and forever. The zeal of the Lord of Hosts will accomplish this.

He says,“ It is not enough for you to be My Servant raising up the tribes of Jacob and restoring the protected ones of Israel. I will also make you a light for the nations, to be My salvation to the ends of the earth.”

He will stand and shepherd them in the strength of Yahweh, in the majestic name of Yahweh His God. They will live securely, for then His greatness will extend to the ends of the earth.

But now in Christ Jesus, you who were far away have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah.For He is our peace, who made both groups one and tore down the dividing wall of hostility. In His flesh,He made of no effect the law consisting of commands and expressed in regulations, so that He might create in Himself one new man from the two, resulting in peace.He did this so that He might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross and put the hostility to death by it.When the Messiah came, He proclaimed the good news of peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.

and many nations will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us about His ways so we may walk in His paths.” For instruction will go out of Zion and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.He will settle disputes among many peoples and provide arbitration for strong nations that are far away. They will beat their swords into plows, and their spears into pruning knives. Nation will not take up the sword against nation, and they will never again train for war.But each man will sit under his grapevine and under his fig tree with no one to frighten him. For the mouth of the Lord of Hosts has promised this.

Everything is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:

On that day the root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples. The nations will seek Him, and His resting place will be glorious.

He sent the message to the Israelites, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ— He is Lord of all.

I will overturn royal thrones and destroy the power of the Gentile kingdoms. I will overturn chariots and their riders. Horses and their riders will fall, each by his brother’s sword.

Every place the sole of your foot treads will be yours. Your territory will extend from the wilderness to Lebanon and from the Euphrates River to the Mediterranean Sea.

May his name endure forever; as long as the sun shines, may his fame increase. May all nations be blessed by him and call him blessed.

Sing a new song to the Lord, for He has performed wonders; His right hand and holy arm have won Him victory.The Lord has made His victory known; He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations.He has remembered His love and faithfulness to the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen our God’s victory.

May the mountains bring prosperity to the people and the hills, righteousness.

Ask of Me, and I will make the nations Your inheritance and the ends of the earth Your possession.You will break them with a rod of iron; You will shatter them like pottery.”So now, kings, be wise; receive instruction, you judges of the earth.Serve the Lord with reverential awe and rejoice with trembling.Pay homage to the Son or He will be angry and you will perish in your rebellion, for His anger may ignite at any moment. All those who take refuge in Him are happy.

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, certain that God is appealing through us. We plead on Christ’s behalf,“ Be reconciled to God.”

and so that Gentiles may glorify God for His mercy. As it is written: Therefore I will praise You among the Gentiles, and I will sing psalms to Your name.Again it says: Rejoice, you Gentiles, with His people!And again: Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; all the peoples should praise Him!And again, Isaiah says: The root of Jesse will appear, the One who rises to rule the Gentiles; the Gentiles will hope in Him.Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The cornerstone will come from Judah. The tent peg will come from them and also the battle bow and every ruler. Togetherthey will be like warriors in battle trampling down the mud of the streets. They will fight because the Lord is with them, and they will put horsemen to shame.

Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the Euphrates River to the land of the Philistines and as far as the border of Egypt. They offered tribute and served Solomon all the days of his life.
