但愆尤不如恩賜、若以一人之愆尤、致眾死亡、則上帝之恩、及因一人耶穌基督之恩賜、尤溢於眾矣、

罪愆不如恩賜、蓋以一人之愆、致眾死亡、孰若上帝之恩、及耶穌基督一人、恩賜於有眾、為高厚乎、

但罪愆不如恩賜、若一人之愆、致眾皆死、況天主之寵與賜、因耶穌基督一人之恩、不益廣施於眾乎、

雖然、恩寵之效、固非罪惡之累所得同日而語矣。夫因一人之罪、致眾受其死、則因一人之功、不更能使眾沾其恩耶？

But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many!

God’s gift can’t be compared with Adam’s sin. Many people died because of the sin of that one man. But it was even more sure that God’s grace would also come through one man. That man is Jesus Christ. God’s gift of grace was more than enough for the whole world.

But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.

But there is a great difference between Adam’s sin and God’s gracious gift. For the sin of this one man, Adam, brought death to many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and his gift of forgiveness to many through this other man, Jesus Christ.

But the gift is not like the trespass. For if by the one man’s trespass the many died, how much more have the grace of God and the gift which comes through the grace of the one man Jesus Christ overflowed to the many.

But the gracious gift is not like the offense. For if by the offense of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many.

But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.

But not as the trespass, so also is the free gift. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God, and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound unto the many.

But the gift is not like the trespass. For if by the one man’s trespass the many died, how much more have the grace of God and the gift overflowed to the many by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ.

But not as the offence, so also[ is] the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace,[ which is] by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

But the gracious gift is not like the transgression. For if the many died through the transgression of the one man, how much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one man Jesus Christ multiply to the many!

But the free gift isn’t like the trespass. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God, and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.

因為罪的代價就是死亡，而上帝藉著主基督耶穌賜下的禮物則是永生。

因此，罪怎樣從一個人進入世界並帶來了死亡，死亡也怎樣臨到了全人類，因為全人類都犯了罪。

你們得救是靠恩典，憑信心。這不是出於你們自己，而是上帝的禮物；

再者，上帝的恩賜不同於一人犯罪的後果。一人犯罪便帶來審判和定罪，恩賜卻使眾人罪惡得赦、被稱為義人。如果因一人的過犯，死亡就藉著那人作了王，那麼接受上帝洪恩又得到祂所賜之義的人，豈不更要藉著耶穌基督一人在生命中作王嗎？如此說來，因為一人的過犯，眾人都被定罪；照樣，因為一人的義行，眾人都被稱為義人，得到生命。因為一人的悖逆，眾人成為罪人；照樣，因為一人的順服，眾人將被稱為義人。律法是後來頒佈的，使過犯更多地顯出來，只是哪裡的罪越多，哪裡的恩典就顯得越豐富。

祂必看見自己勞苦的成果，並心滿意足。耶和華說：「我公義的僕人必憑祂的知識使許多人被算為義人，祂要擔當他們的罪惡。

感謝上帝，祂的恩賜真是無以言表！

許多長眠地下的人必醒過來，有些得到永生，有些蒙受羞辱，永遠被憎惡。

願邪惡的人停止作惡，不義的人除掉惡念。願他們歸向耶和華，祂必憐憫他們；願他們歸向我們的上帝，祂必仁慈地赦免他們。耶和華說：「我的意念並非你們的意念，我的道路並非你們的道路。正如天高過地，我的道路也高過你們的道路，我的意念也高過你們的意念。

這是我為萬人所流的立約之血，為了使罪得到赦免。

只看見耶穌暫時比天使低微一點，好靠著上帝的恩典為全人類親嚐死亡的滋味。祂因為經歷死亡的痛苦而得到了尊貴和榮耀作冠冕。

後來我又看見一大群人，多得不可勝數。他們來自各國家、各部落、各民族、各語言族群，身穿白袍，手拿棕樹枝，站在寶座和羔羊面前，大聲呼喊說：「救恩來自我們坐在寶座上的上帝，也來自羔羊！」

耶穌回答說：「要是你知道上帝的恩賜，又知道向你要水喝的是誰，你早就求祂了，祂也早就把活水給你了。」

正如人子不是來受人服侍，而是來服侍人，並且犧牲性命，作許多人的贖價。」

我回答說：「先生，你知道答案。」他便說：「這些都是經過大災難的人，他們用羔羊的血將衣裳洗得純淨潔白。因此，他們在寶座前，在聖殿中不分晝夜地事奉上帝。坐在寶座上的那位要庇護他們。他們不會再受饑餓和乾渴的折磨，也不會再受太陽和酷熱的煎熬，因為在寶座中央的羔羊要作他們的牧人，引導他們到生命之泉那裡，上帝要擦乾他們所有的眼淚。」

「因為上帝愛世人，甚至將祂獨一的兒子賜給他們，叫一切信祂的人不致滅亡，反得永生。

我們相信，他們和我們一樣都是靠主耶穌的恩典得救。」

祂為我們的罪作了贖罪祭，不只是為我們的罪，也是為全人類的罪。
