諦觀大猷。令我心醉。心醉如何。歡歌不已。

抑爾藐視天主之大仁大慈、寬容忍耐、而不知其涵宏寬大之所以啟人悔悟乎？

使其團結一致於愛德之中、寖達和融瑩徹、沛然不疑之地、俾能切身體認天主之妙道而已矣。妙道無他、基督是已。基督者、一切智慧之淵府也。

不惟世人、即天上之爵權諸品天神、亦有賴於教會、始得窺見天主神妙不測之智慧，

吾人托庇聖子、仰賴寶血、得蒙拯贖、滌除夙穢；實憑天主之豐恩厚澤。

而對於吾人預定為榮貴之器、沛加恩澤、以揚其無窮之榮、

主之慈愛冲諸天。主之信義薄雲間。

命其弘宣於萬邦者也。斯玄妙乃無窮景福之寶庫、而光榮希望之靈淵；即寓爾心中之基督是也。

按其無窮之光榮、使爾內心生活、得因其聖神而自強不息、

飄風宣霆威。雷光耀八極。大地亦震顫。萬類皆驚惕。

令人發深省。幡然慕聖德。相率脫歧路。怡然歸安宅。痛絕邪妄徒。莫交傲慢客。

夫天主之所以為此者、乃欲假吾人因基督耶穌而受之慈惠、以昭示其無窮之恩德於後世耳。

夫我乃諸聖中之至微者、竟亦蒙此殊恩、得在異邦人中弘宣基督不可思議之厚澤、

靉靆圍周帀。幽深不可窺。仁義與正直。實為御座基。

可不稱謝。大仁大能。慰我飢渴。錫我溫存。或作幽囚。銷魂獄中。黑影幢幢。鏈鎖重重。不敬天命。遘此鞠凶。援手無人。憂心忡忡。悔罪籲主。拯其厄窮。忽然開朗。天地一新。主實垂憐。桎梏脫身。可不稱謝。大能大仁。銅門鐵檻。粉碎如塵。或陷昏惑。積辜成疾。雖有珍羞。亦焉能食。戚戚嗟嗟。日與死逼。宛轉病榻。惟存喘息。哀哀求主。賜其康復。憑主一言。竟獲勿藥。主言洵奇。生死肉骨。可不稱謝。再造之恩。可不獻祭。慶此更生。或航大海。依水為生。於彼洋洋。目擊大能。但一起意。風掀浪翻。升如冲天。降若墜淵。踉蹌瞑眩。有如醉顚。雖有智巧。何以自全。情急求主。轉危為安。狂風懾威。噤若寒蟬。駭浪順命。靜如蠶眠。既經風波。彌甘安恬。卒賴帝力。泊彼岸邊。可不稱謝。大慈大猷。宜向老幼。揚主之休。頑民怙惡。主心不悅。變川為沙。泉源枯竭。膏腴之地。倏成磽瘠。咎實自取。鹵莽滅裂。窮民號飢。主心愍之。開石為泉。沙漠成池。俾建城邑。安居樂業。良田多稼。葡萄徧植。春播其種。秋登其實。百穀既豐。六畜蕃殖。庶矣富矣。優游化域。主德蕩蕩。無偏無黨。憎彼侯王。黜之遐荒。遐荒無路。四顧茫茫。寖削寖弱。淪胥以亡。恤此寡弱。錫以寧康。靡暴於眾。無凌於強。子孫振振。多於群羊。民生裕哉。如熙春陽。賢者覩此。相顧怡悅。不肖覩此。相顧結舌。哲人覩此。會心玄德。
