因其口之罪、脣之辭、及其呪詛誑誕、任其為驕慢所縛兮、

彼驕泰詭譎、厥口詛咒、求主降罰、適當其罪兮。

其唇邊之言語、即其口中之罪孽、因驕傲、因出詈言誑語、必被拘困、

惟毋遽加剪滅兮。恐吾民因無敵而荒怠。願鼎力以驅逐之兮。使其不復為吾族之害。

For the sins of their mouths, for the words of their lips, let them be caught in their pride. For the curses and lies they utter,

They have sinned with their mouths. Their lips have spoken evil words. They have cursed me and lied. Let them be caught in their pride.

For the sin of their mouths, the words of their lips, let them be trapped in their pride. For the cursing and lies that they utter,

Because of the sinful things they say, because of the evil that is on their lips, let them be captured by their pride, their curses, and their lies.

嘴唇的过犯是恶人的陷阱，而义人必脱离患难。

愚昧人的口导致自己的败亡，他的嘴成为自己灵魂的陷阱。

他满口都在诅咒、欺诈、欺压，舌头底下满是祸患和坏事。

恶人因着自高追逼困苦人，愿他们被自己谋划的诡计抓住！

我告诉你们：人所说的每一句无益的话，在那审判的日子，句句都要做出交代，因为凭你的话，你将被称为义；也凭你的话，你将被定有罪。”

诡诈的舌头啊，耶和华会给你什么呢？他会加给你什么呢？会加给你勇士的利箭，连同罗腾木的火炭。

正直人的公义必解救自己；背信者必被自己的欲求缠住。

他们却更加坚持说：“他在犹太全地教导、煽动民众，从加利利开始，一直到这里。”

主啊，求你把我们邻国所加给你的羞辱，七倍归回到他们身上！

他喜爱诅咒人，诅咒就临到他；他不喜欢祝福人，祝福就远离他。他把诅咒当作衣袍穿上，所以诅咒像水那样进到他里面，像油那样进到他的骨头里。

至于那些围困我的人，愿他们嘴唇的祸患遮盖自己的头；愿火炭落在他们身上，愿他们被扔进烈火中、被抛进深坑里，不能起来！

因你口中的言语陷入圈套，因你口中的言语被捉住了——

全体民众都回答说：“他的血归在我们和我们儿女的身上！”

但是神会用箭射他们，他们必突然被击伤。他们将使自己绊倒，他们的舌头与自己作对；所有看见他们的人都必摇头。

说：“大人，我们想起当那个迷惑人的还活着时曾经说过：‘在第三天我要复活。’
