因此，地雖然震動，群山雖然崩塌入海洋的深處，我們也不害怕。

所以，地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，

所以，地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，

因此，任大地震动，群山沉入深海；

因此，地虽然震动，群山虽然崩塌入海洋的深处，我们也不害怕。

因此我们不害怕——即使大地变动，群山动摇陷入海中；

所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，

所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，

所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，

因此，任大地震動，群山沉入深海；

所以地雖起了改變，我們也不怕；山雖搖動到海心，我們也不驚；

因此我們不害怕——即使大地變動，群山動搖陷入海中；

故雖大地變遷、山嶽震動、移於海心、

平陸震動、海島遷移、波濤洶湧、山嶽搖撼、我弗迷兮、

所以地雖震陷、山雖崩倒海中、我儕亦無恐懼、

主為吾人所依恃。大難臨頭可托庇。

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,

The earth may fall apart. The mountains may fall into the middle of the sea. But we will not be afraid.

Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,

So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea.

Therefore we will not be afraid, though the earth trembles and the mountains topple into the depths of the seas,

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth shakes And the mountains slip into the heart of the sea;

Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

Therefore will we not fear, though the earth do change, And though the mountains be shaken into the heart of the seas;

Therefore we will not be afraid, though the earth trembles and the mountains topple into the depths of the seas,

Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

For this reason we do not fear when the earth shakes, and the mountains tumble into the depths of the sea,

Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;

我雖然行過死蔭的山谷，也不怕遭受傷害，因為你與我同在；你的杖你的竿都安慰我。

所以我們可以放膽說：“主是我的幫助，我決不害怕，人能把我怎麼樣呢？”

雖有軍兵紮營攻擊我，我的心也不害怕；雖然發動戰爭攻擊我，我仍舊安穩。

你們要聽見戰亂和暴動，但不要驚慌，因為這些事是必先發生的，不過結局卻不會立刻就到。”過了一會兒，耶穌又對他們說：“一個民族要起來攻打另一個民族，一個國家要起來攻打另一個國家。必有大地震，到處有饑荒和瘟疫，天上必有又恐怖又巨大的預兆。

那時大地搖撼震動，群山的根基也都動搖，它們搖撼，是因為耶和華發怒。

耶穌回答他們：“我實在告訴你們，如果你們有信心，不懷疑，不但能作我對無花果樹所作的，就是對這座山說‘移開，投到海裡去’，也必成就。

天地都過去，但我的話決不會廢去。

他們沒有知識，也不明白，在黑暗中走來走去；大地的一切根基都搖動了。

但主的日子必要像賊一樣來到。在那日，天必轟然一聲地消失，所有元素都因烈火而融化；地和地上所有的，都要被燒毀（“被燒毀”有不少古抄本作“被發現”）。這一切既然都要這樣融化，你們應當怎樣為人，過著聖潔和敬虔的生活，等候並催促神的日子降臨呢？因為在那日，天要被火焚燒就融化了，所有元素都因烈火而融解！但是我們按照他所應許的，等候新天新地，有公義在那裡居住。所以，親愛的，你們既然等候這些事，就當殷勤努力，使你們沒有污點，沒有瑕疵，安然見主。

“日月星辰將有異兆；在地上，各國也要因著海洋波濤的咆哮而困苦不安。天上的萬象震動，人因為等待即將臨到世界的事，都嚇昏了。那時，他們要看見人子，帶著能力，滿有榮耀，駕著雲降臨。一有這些事，你們就當挺身昂首，因為你們的救贖近了。”

挪亞六百歲那一年，二月十七日那一天，所有大淵的泉源都裂開了，天上的窗戶都敞開了。大雨傾盆下在地上，一連四十晝夜。

忽然海上起了狂風，甚至船都被波濤掩蓋，但耶穌卻睡著了。他們走來把他叫醒，說：“主啊！救命啊！我們沒命了！”耶穌卻對他們說：“小信的人哪！為甚麼害怕呢？”他就起來斥責風和海，風浪就完全平靜了。
