當日爾見外邦之人、掠其貨財、掠其貨財或作擄其軍旅異族之人、入其邑門、為耶路撒冷掣籤、爾立於旁、爾若敵中之一、

On the day you stood aloof while strangers carried off his wealth and foreigners entered his gates and cast lots for Jerusalem, you were like one of them.

Outsiders entered the gates of Jerusalem. They cast lots to see what each one would get. Strangers carried off its wealth. When that happened, you just stood there and did nothing. You were like one of them.

On the day that you stood aloof, on the day that strangers carried off his wealth and foreigners entered his gates and cast lots for Jerusalem, you were like one of them.

When they were invaded, you stood aloof, refusing to help them. Foreign invaders carried off their wealth and cast lots to divide up Jerusalem, but you acted like one of Israel’s enemies.

On the day you stood aloof, on the day strangers captured his wealth, while foreigners entered his city gate and cast lots for Jerusalem, you were just like one of them.

耶路撒冷遭難的日子，以東人說：拆毀！拆毀！直拆到根基！耶和華啊，求你記念這仇！

但她被遷移，被擄去；她的嬰孩在各市口上也被摔死。人為她的尊貴人拈鬮；她所有的大人都被鍊子鎖着。

且為我的百姓拈鬮，將童子換妓女，賣童女買酒喝。

你見了盜賊就樂意與他同夥，又與行姦淫的人一同有分。

尼布甲尼撒所擄的民數記在下面：在他第七年擄去猶大人三千零二十三名；尼布甲尼撒十八年從耶路撒冷擄去八百三十二人；尼布甲尼撒二十三年，護衛長尼布撒拉旦擄去猶大人七百四十五名；共有四千六百人。

那時護衛長尼布撒拉旦將城裏所剩下的百姓，並已經投降巴比倫王的人，以及大眾所剩下的人，都擄去了。

那時，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒的軍兵上到耶路撒冷，圍困城。當他軍兵圍困城的時候，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒就親自來了。猶大王約雅斤和他母親、臣僕、首領、太監一同出城，投降巴比倫王；巴比倫王便拿住他。那時是巴比倫王第八年。巴比倫王將耶和華殿和王宮裏的寶物都拿去了，將以色列王所羅門所造耶和華殿裏的金器都毀壞了，正如耶和華所說的；又將耶路撒冷的眾民和眾首領，並所有大能的勇士，共一萬人，連一切木匠、鐵匠都擄了去；除了國中極貧窮的人以外，沒有剩下的；並將約雅斤和王母、后妃、太監，與國中的大官，都從耶路撒冷擄到巴比倫去了；又將一切勇士七千人和木匠、鐵匠一千人，都是能上陣的勇士，全擄到巴比倫去了。
