On the twentieth day of the second month of the second year, the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle of the covenant law.

It was the 20th day of the second month of the second year. On that day the cloud began to move. It went up from above the holy tent where the tablets of the covenant law were kept.

第二年正月初一，帳幕就立起來。

雲彩幾時從帳幕上升，以色列人就幾時起行；雲彩在哪裏停住，以色列人就在哪裏安營。以色列人遵照耶和華的指示起行，也遵照耶和華的指示安營。雲彩在帳幕上停留多久，他們就留在營裏多久。雲彩在帳幕上停留許多日子，以色列人就遵照耶和華的吩咐不起行。有時雲彩在帳幕上只停了幾天，他們就遵照耶和華的指示留在營裏，也遵照耶和華的指示起行。有時雲彩從晚上留到早晨；早晨雲彩上升，他們就起行。無論是白天是黑夜，當雲彩上升的時候，他們就要起行。雲彩停留在帳幕上，無論是兩天，一個月，或更長的日子，以色列人就留在營裏不起行；但雲彩一上升，他們就起行。他們遵照耶和華的指示安營，也遵照耶和華的指示起行。他們遵守耶和華的吩咐，是耶和華藉摩西所指示的話。

正月十四日黃昏的時候，他們就在西奈的曠野守逾越節。凡耶和華所吩咐摩西的，以色列人都照樣做了。

「正月初一，你要立起會幕的帳幕，

他們就要在二月十四日黃昏的時候守節，要吃羔羊，以及無酵餅和苦菜。
