求你侧着耳，睁着眼的，垂听你仆人的祷告，我今天在你面前昼夜为着你的仆人以色列人祷告，承认以色列人所犯的罪，就是我与我父的家向你所犯的罪。

祷告说：‘我的神啊，我感觉羞耻惭愧，不敢向我的神你仰面；因为我们的罪孽多至灭顶，我们的罪过滔天。从我们列祖的日子直到今日，我们罪恶深重，由于我们的罪孽，我们和我们的王，以及祭司，都被交在各地的列王手中：被刀杀、被掳掠、被抢夺，丢脸蒙羞，就像今天的光景一样。

他们为自己和自己的儿子娶了这些外族的女子为妻，以致圣洁的种族与当地的民族混杂了；而领袖和官长竟是这不忠的事的罪魁。’

我们和我们的列祖都犯了罪，我们作了孽，也行了恶。我们的列祖在埃及的时候，不明白你的奇事，也不记念你丰盛的慈爱，反倒在红海的海边悖逆了你。

求你救拔我，从外族人的手里拯救我；他们的口说虚谎的话，他们举起右手起假誓。

你们剩下的人，必因自己的罪孽在仇敌之地消灭，也因犯了祖先的罪孽日渐衰弱。“那时他们就会承认自己的罪孽和他们祖先的罪孽，就是他们对我不忠的过犯，又承认因为行事与我的心意相违，

耶和华以色列的神啊，你是公义的！我们现今才可以留下，成为逃脱的人。看哪，我们在你面前是有罪过的，因此没有人能在你面前站立得住。’”

我们若行在光中，像他在光中一样，就彼此相通，他儿子耶稣的血也洁净我们脱离一切罪。我们若说自己没有罪，就是自欺，真理就不在我们里面了。我们若承认自己的罪，神是信实的、公义的，必定赦免我们的罪，洁净我们脱离一切不义。

求你从高天伸手救拔我，从大水之中，从外族人的手里拯救我。

耶和华啊！你离弃了你的子民雅各家，是因为他们充满了东方的迷信，和占卜的人，像非利士人一样，并且与外族人击掌交易。
