耶和華諭摩西曰。爾核以色列族人數時、必使各獻禮物於我、以贖己命、則核數之時、可免災害。凡被核者、必獻我金二錢有半、即二十五分、權衡其金、必循聖所之法。二十歲以上、被核者必奉我金、富無所加、貧無所減、惟金二錢有半、奉獻於我、以贖其命。必由以色列族取金、為會幕之役事、此金既獻於我、我必眷念以色列族、以贖其命。○

以所有之初實、供於耶和華、

人而樂為、則見納、因其所有、非因其所無、

且我立柱石將為上帝殿、上帝所錫我者、十輸其一、獻於上帝。
