耶穌和門徒退到海邊去，有許多人從加利利跟隨他。還有許多人聽見他所做的大事，就從猶太、耶路撒冷、以土買、約旦河外，並泰爾、西頓的四方來到他那裏。

「哥拉汛哪，你有禍了！伯賽大啊，你有禍了！因為在你們中間所行的異能，若行在泰爾、西頓，他們早已披麻蒙灰悔改了。

他就說：「你們來，同我暗暗地到曠野地方去歇一歇。」這是因為來往的人多，他們連吃飯也沒有工夫。他們就坐船，暗暗地往曠野地方去。

耶穌進了房子，瞎子就來到他跟前。耶穌說：「你們信我能做這事嗎？」他們說：「主啊，我們信。」

「人子啊，你對泰爾君王說，主耶和華如此說：因你心裏高傲，說：我是神；我在海中坐神之位。你雖然居心自比神，也不過是人，並不是神！

過了些日子，耶穌又進了迦百農。人聽見他在房子裏，

迦南的境界是從西頓向基拉耳的路上，直到迦薩，又向所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪、洗扁的路上，直到拉沙。

論泰爾的默示：他施的船隻都要哀號；因為泰爾變為荒場，甚至沒有房屋，沒有可進之路。這消息是從基提地得來的。沿海的居民，就是素來靠航海西頓的商家得豐盛的，你們當靜默無言。在大水之上，西曷的糧食、尼羅河的莊稼是泰爾的進項；她作列國的大碼頭。西頓哪，你當慚愧；因為大海說，就是海中的保障說：我沒有劬勞，也沒有生產，沒有養育男子，也沒有撫養童女。

這樣，善行也有明顯的，那不明顯的也不能隱藏。

他不喧嚷，不揚聲，也不使街上聽見他的聲音。

又到義伯崙、利合、哈們、加拿，直到西頓大城；轉到拉瑪和堅固城泰爾；又轉到何薩，靠近亞革悉一帶地方，直通到海；

「人子啊，你要向西頓預言攻擊她，說主耶和華如此說：西頓哪，我與你為敵，我必在你中間得榮耀。我在你中間施行審判、顯為聖的時候，人就知道我是耶和華。

西布倫必住在海口，必成為停船的海口；他的境界必延到西頓。

他又說：受欺壓西頓的居民哪，你必不得再歡樂。起來！過到基提去；就是在那裏也不得安歇。（
