你看不见自己眼里的梁木，怎么能对你弟兄说‘弟兄啊，让我除掉你眼里的木屑’呢？你这伪善的人！先除掉你自己眼里的梁木，然后你才能看得清楚，好除掉你弟兄眼里的木屑。

你自己既看不見你眼中的梁木，怎能對你弟兄說，「弟兄，容我去掉你眼中的木屑」呢？假冒為善的人哪，先從你眼中去掉梁木吧，然後你才能看清楚、可以去掉你弟兄眼中的木屑。

你看不見自己眼裡的梁木，怎麼能對你弟兄說『弟兄啊，讓我除掉你眼裡的木屑』呢？你這偽善的人！先除掉你自己眼裡的梁木，然後你才能看得清楚，好除掉你弟兄眼裡的木屑。

不視己目中有梁木、何能語兄弟云、兄弟歟、容我去爾目中之草芥乎、偽善者乎、先去爾目中之梁木、方可瞭然、以去兄弟目中之草芥也、

不見己目中之巨木、又安得謂爾兄弟曰「容吾去爾目中之纖芥」乎？嗟爾偽為善者！盍先除爾目中之橫木、俾得明見、然後再思去兄弟目中之纖芥乎？

How can you say to your brother,‘ Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

How can you say to your friend,‘ Let me take the bit of sawdust out of your eye’? How can you say this while there is a piece of wood in your own eye? You pretender! First take the piece of wood out of your own eye. Then you will be able to see clearly to take the bit of sawdust out of your friend’s eye.

How can you say to your brother,‘ Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye.

How can you think of saying,‘ Friend, let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,’ when you can’t see past the log in your own eye? Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend’s eye.

Or how can you say to your brother,‘ Brother, let me take out the splinter that is in your eye,’ when you yourself don’t see the beam of wood in your eye? Hypocrite! First take the beam of wood out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the splinter in your brother’s eye.

How can you say to your brother,‘ Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye.

Or how can you say to your brother,‘ Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your brother’s eye.

你說：我是富足的，已經發了財，一樣都不缺，卻不知道你是困苦、可憐、貧窮、瞎眼、赤身的。我勸你向我買從火中鍛鍊出來的金子，使你富足；又買白衣穿上，使你赤身的羞恥不露出來；又買眼藥抹你的眼睛，使你能看見。

「眼睛是身體的燈。你的眼睛若明亮，全身就光明；你的眼睛若昏花，全身就黑暗。你裏面的光若黑暗了，那黑暗是何等大呢！」

就是為我在捆鎖中所生的兒子阿尼西謀求你。從前他與你沒有益處，但如今與你我都有益處。

所以，你這評斷人的人哪，無論你是誰，都無可推諉。你在甚麼事上評斷人，就在甚麼事上定自己的罪。因你這評斷人的，自己所做的卻和別人一樣。

求你轉臉不看我的罪，塗去我一切的罪孽。神啊，求你為我造清潔的心，使我裏面重新有正直的靈。不要丟棄我，使我離開你的面；不要從我收回你的聖靈。求你使我重得救恩之樂，以樂意的靈來扶持我，我就把你的道指教有過犯的人，罪人必歸順你。

說：「你這充滿各樣詭詐奸惡，魔鬼的兒子，一切正義的仇敵，你還不停止扭曲主的正道嗎？

彼得對他們說：「你們各人要悔改，奉耶穌基督的名受洗，使你們的罪得赦免，就會領受所賜的聖靈。

一切都是出於神；他藉着基督使我們與他和好，又將勸人與他和好的使命賜給我們。

那麼，你這教導別人的，還不教導自己嗎？你這宣講不可偷竊的，自己還偷竊嗎？你這說不可姦淫的，自己還姦淫嗎？你這厭惡偶像的，自己還搶劫廟中之物嗎？你這以律法誇口的，自己倒違犯律法，羞辱神！神的名在外邦人中因你們受了褻瀆，正如經上所記的。你若遵行律法，割禮固然於你有益；若違犯律法，你的割禮就算不得割禮。所以，那未受割禮的，若遵守律法的要求，他雖然未受割禮，豈不算是受了割禮嗎？而且那本來未受割禮的，若能全守律法，豈不是要審判你這有儀文和割禮，竟違犯律法的人嗎？因為外表是猶太人的不是真猶太人；外表肉身的割禮也不是真割禮。惟有內心作猶太人的才是真猶太人，真割禮也是心裏的，在乎聖靈，不在乎儀文。這樣的人所受的稱讚不是從人來的，而是從神來的。

先訴情由的，似乎有理；另一人來到，就察出實情。

我們對你們信主的人是何等聖潔、正直、無可指責，這有你們作證，也有神作證。正如你們知道，我們待你們好像父親待自己的兒女一樣。我們勸勉你們，安慰你們，囑咐你們，使你們行事對得起那召你們進他自己的國、得他榮耀的神。

「你們這假冒為善的文士和法利賽人有禍了！因為你們當着人的面把天國的門關了，自己不進去，要進去的人，你們也不容他們進去。

主回答他：「假冒為善的人哪，難道你們各人在安息日不解開槽上的牛和驢，牽去喝水嗎？

沒有這幾樣的人就是瞎眼，是短視，忘了他過去的罪已經得了潔淨。

人若自潔，脫離卑賤的事，必成為貴重的器皿，成為聖潔，合乎主用，預備行各樣的善事。

但神對惡人說：「你怎敢傳講我的律例，口中提到我的約呢？其實你恨惡管教，將我的言語拋在腦後。你見了盜賊就樂意與他同夥，又和行姦淫的人同流合污。「你的口出惡言，你的舌編造詭詐。你坐着，毀謗你的兄弟，讒害你親母的兒子。你做了這些事，我閉口不言，你想我正如你一樣；其實我要責備你，將這些事擺在你眼前。

你在這道上無份無關；因為你在神面前心懷不正。

彼得想起耶穌所說的話：「雞叫以前，你要三次不認我。」他就出去痛哭。

但我已經為你祈求，使你不至於失了信心。你回頭以後，要堅固你的弟兄。」

他三天甚麼都看不見，也不吃也不喝。那時，在大馬士革有一個門徒，名叫亞拿尼亞。主在異象中對他說：「亞拿尼亞！」他說：「主啊，我在這裏。」主對他說：「起來！往那叫直街的路去，在猶大的家裏，去找一個大數人，名叫掃羅；他正在禱告，在異象中看見了一個人，名叫亞拿尼亞，進來為他按手，讓他能再看得見。」亞拿尼亞回答：「主啊，我聽見許多人講到這個人，說他怎樣在耶路撒冷多多苦待你的聖徒，並且他在這裏有從祭司長得來的權柄，要捆綁一切求告你名的人。」主對他說：「你只管去。他是我所揀選的器皿，要在外邦人、君王和以色列人面前宣揚我的名。我也要指示他，為我的名必須受許多的苦難。」亞拿尼亞就去了，進入那家，把手按在掃羅身上，說：「掃羅弟兄，在你來的路上向你顯現的主，就是耶穌，打發我來，叫你能再看得見，又被聖靈充滿。」掃羅的眼睛上立刻好像有鱗一般的東西掉下來，他就能再看得見，於是他起來，受了洗，吃過飯體力就恢復了。掃羅和大馬士革的門徒一起住了些日子，立刻在各會堂裏傳揚耶穌，說他是神的兒子。
