外邦为什么争闹？万民为什么谋算虚妄的事？世上的君王一齐起来，臣宰一同商议，要敌挡耶和华并他的受膏者，说：“我们要挣开他们的捆绑，脱去他们的绳索。”那坐在天上的必发笑；主必嗤笑他们。

耶和华啊，你的手高举，他们仍然不看；却要看你为百姓发的热心，因而抱愧，并且有火烧灭你的敌人。

只有西西拉步行逃跑，到了基尼人希百之妻雅亿的帐棚，因为夏琐王耶宾与基尼人希百家和好。

一个是玛顿王，一个是夏琐王，

不要害怕，因我与你同在；我必领你的后裔从东方来，又从西方招聚你。我要对北方说：‘交出来！’对南方说：‘不要拘留！’将我的众子从远方带来，将我的众女从地极领回，就是凡称为我名下的人，是我为自己的荣耀创造的，是我所做成，所造作的。”

你从水中经过，我必与你同在；你趟过江河，水必不漫过你；你从火中行过，必不被烧，火焰也不着在你身上。

神啊，求你不要静默！神啊，求你不要闭口，也不要不作声！因为你的仇敌喧嚷，恨你的抬起头来。他们同谋奸诈要害你的百姓，彼此商议要害你所隐藏的人。
