This is the portion of the wicked man allotted by God, the inheritance that evildoers receive from the Almighty.

“神为恶人所定的份，强暴人从全能者所得的报乃是这样：

“这是上帝为恶人所定的份，残暴人从全能者所得的产业：

“这是神为恶人所定的份，残暴人从全能者所得的产业：

“以下是上帝给恶人定的结局，全能者赐给残暴之徒的归宿。

这是恶人从神所得的分，强暴的人从全能者所得的业。

神為惡人所定的分，強暴人從全能者所得的報乃是這樣：

「這是上帝為惡人所定的份，殘暴人從全能者所得的產業：

「這是神為惡人所定的份，殘暴人從全能者所得的產業：

「以下是上帝給惡人定的結局，全能者賜給殘暴之徒的歸宿。

這是惡人從神所得的分，強暴的人從全能者所得的業。

『惡人在上帝那裏所有的分兒、強橫人從全能者所得的產業乃是以下這樣：

惡人由上帝所受之分、強暴者由全能者所得之業、

爾曰、全能之上帝、報惡人、罰強暴、

天主為惡人所定之罰、強暴人由全能之主所得之報、今將言之、

“ Here is the fate God allots to the wicked, the heritage a ruthless man receives from the Almighty:

“ Here’s what God does to sinful people. Here’s what those who are mean receive from the Mighty One.

“ This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage that oppressors receive from the Almighty:

“ This is what the wicked will receive from God; this is their inheritance from the Almighty.

This is a wicked man’s lot from God, the inheritance the ruthless receive from the Almighty.

“ This is the portion of a wicked person from God, And the inheritance which tyrants receive from the Almighty:

“ This is the portion of a wicked man with God, And the heritage of oppressors, received from the Almighty:

This is the portion of a wicked man with God, And the heritage of oppressors, which they receive from the Almighty:

This is a wicked man’s lot from God, the inheritance the ruthless receive from the Almighty.

This[ is] the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors,[ which] they shall receive of the Almighty.

“ This is the portion of a wicked man with God, the heritage of oppressors, which they receive from the Almighty.

For he has oppressed the poor and abandoned them; he has seized a house which he did not build.For he knows no satisfaction in his appetite; he does not let anything he desires escape.“ Nothing is left for him to devour; that is why his prosperity does not last.In the fullness of his sufficiency, distress overtakes him. the full force of misery will come upon him.“ While he is filling his belly, God sends his burning anger against him, and rains down his blows upon him.If he flees from an iron weapon, then an arrow from a bronze bow pierces him.When he pulls it out and it comes out of his back, the gleaming point out of his liver, terrors come over him.Total darkness waits to receive his treasures; a fire which has not been kindled will consume him and devour what is left in his tent.The heavens reveal his iniquity; the earth rises up against him.A flood will carry off his house, rushing waters on the day of God’s wrath.Such is the lot God allots the wicked, and the heritage of his appointment from God.”

“ Because of the violence done to the oppressed, because of the painful cries of the needy, I will spring into action,” says the LORD.“ I will provide the safety they so desperately desire.”

– if so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from their trials, and to reserve the unrighteous for punishment at the day of judgment,

All his days the wicked man suffers torment, throughout the number of the years that are stored up for the tyrant.Terrifying sounds fill his ears; in a time of peace marauders attack him.He does not expect to escape from darkness; he is marked for the sword;he wanders about– food for vultures; he knows that the day of darkness is at hand.Distress and anguish terrify him; they prevail against him like a king ready to launch an attack,for he stretches out his hand against God, and vaunts himself against the Almighty,defiantly charging against him with a thick, strong shield!Because he covered his face with fat, and made his hips bulge with fat,he lived in ruined towns and in houses where no one lives, where they are ready to crumble into heaps.He will not grow rich, and his wealth will not endure, nor will his possessions spread over the land.He will not escape the darkness; a flame will wither his shoots and he will depart by the breath of God’s mouth.Let him not trust in what is worthless, deceiving himself; for worthlessness will be his reward.Before his time he will be paid in full, and his branches will not flourish.Like a vine he will let his sour grapes fall, and like an olive tree he will shed his blossoms.For the company of the godless is barren, and fire consumes the tents of those who accept bribes.They conceive trouble and bring forth evil; their belly prepares deception.”

Too bad for the wicked sinners! For they will get exactly what they deserve.

“ I will come to you in judgment. I will be quick to testify against those who practice divination, those who commit adultery, those who break promises, and those who exploit workers, widows, and orphans, who refuse to help the immigrant and in this way show they do not fear me,” says the LORD who rules over all.

Is it not misfortune for the unjust, and disaster for those who work iniquity?

May the LORD rain down burning coals and brimstone on the wicked! A whirlwind is what they deserve!

Look, the pay you have held back from the workers who mowed your fields cries out against you, and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts.You have lived indulgently and luxuriously on the earth. You have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter.You have condemned and murdered the righteous person, although he does not resist you.

Do not exploit a poor person because he is poor and do not crush the needy in court,for the LORD will plead their case and will rob those who are robbing them.

But it will not go well with the wicked, nor will they prolong their days like a shadow, because they do not stand in fear before God.
