who sit among the graves and spend their nights keeping secret vigil; who eat the flesh of pigs, and whose pots hold broth of impure meat;

They sit among the graves. They spend their nights talking to the spirits of the dead. They eat the meat of pigs. Their cooking pots hold soup that has‘ unclean’ meat in it.

At night they go out among the graves, worshiping the dead. They eat the flesh of pigs and make stews with other forbidden foods.

「那些潔淨自己獻給偶像，進入園內，跟隨在其中一個人去吃豬肉和鼠肉，並可憎之物的，他們必一同滅絕。這是耶和華說的

豬，蹄分兩瓣，分趾蹄卻不反芻，對你們是不潔淨的。

「至於那些宰牛，殺人，獻羔羊，打斷狗頸項，獻豬血為供物，燒乳香，稱頌偶像的，他們選擇自己的道路，心裏喜愛可憎惡的事；

耶穌一下船，就有一個污靈附身的人從墳墓迎着他走來。那人常住在墳墓裏，沒有人能捆住他，就是用鐵鏈也不能；因為人屢次用腳鐐和鐵鏈捆鎖他，鐵鏈被他掙斷，腳鐐也被他弄碎了，總沒有人能制伏他。他晝夜常在墳墓裏和山中喊叫，又用石頭打自己。

耶穌渡到對岸去，到加大拉人的地區，有兩個被鬼附的人從墳墓迎着他走來。他們極其兇猛，甚至沒有人敢從那條路經過。

「要把地裏最好的初熟之物帶到耶和華－你上帝的殿中。「不可用母山羊的奶來煮牠的小山羊。」

「凡可憎的物，你都不可吃。

我說：「唉！主耶和華，看哪，我從來未曾被玷污，從幼年到如今沒有吃過自然死的，或被野獸撕裂的，那不潔淨的肉也未曾入我的口。」

土地裏上好的初熟之物要奉到耶和華－你上帝的殿。不可用母山羊的奶來煮牠的小山羊。」

「凡自然死去的動物，你們都不可吃，可以給城裏寄居的人吃，或賣給外人，因為你是屬於耶和華－你上帝神聖的子民。「不可用母山羊的奶來煮牠的小山羊。」

任何人在田野裏摸了被刀殺的，或自然死的，或人的骨頭，或墳墓，就必不潔淨七天。要為這不潔淨的人拿一些燒好的除罪灰放在器皿裏，倒上清水。一個潔淨的人要拿牛膝草蘸在這水中，把水彈在帳棚上，和一切器皿以及帳棚內的人身上，又要彈在那摸了骨頭，或摸了被殺的或自然死的，或摸了墳墓的人身上。那潔淨的人要在第三天和第七天把水彈在不潔淨的人身上，在第七天潔淨那人。那人要洗衣服，用水洗澡，到晚上就潔淨了。但任何不潔淨的人，他若不潔淨自己，那人要從會中剪除，因為他玷污了耶和華的聖所，除污穢的水沒有灑在他身上，他是不潔淨的。

豬，雖然分蹄卻不反芻，對你們也是不潔淨的。牠們的肉，你們一點都不可吃；牠們的屍體，你們也不可摸。

施符咒的、招魂的、行巫術的和求問死人的。

耶穌上了岸，就有城裏一個被鬼附的人迎着他走來。這個人好久不穿衣服，不住在屋子裏，而住在墳墓裏。

「摸了任何人死屍的，必不潔淨七天。
