遵從斯道、固守弗失、守安息日而弗凟、束手而不作惡、則有福祉。

守安息日而不褻瀆、禁己手而不作惡、人如是行、如是持守、即為有福、

Blessed is the one who does this— the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps their hands from doing any evil.”

Blessed is the person who does what I want them to. They are faithful in keeping the Sabbath day. They do not misuse it. They do not do what is evil on that day.”

Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath, not profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

Blessed are all those who are careful to do this. Blessed are those who honor my Sabbath days of rest and keep themselves from doing wrong.

Happy is the person who does this, the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.

Blessed is a man who does this, And a son of man who takes hold of it; Who keeps from profaning the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

「如果你在安息日克制自己的腳步，在我的聖日不行自己所喜悅的事；如果你稱安息日為可喜樂的，稱耶和華的聖日為可尊重的；如果你尊重這日，不行自己的路，不求自己所喜悅的事，不按自己的意思說話；

哈利路亞！敬畏耶和華、極其喜悅他誡命的，是蒙福的！

耶穌說：「那聽了神的話語又遵守的人，才真是蒙福的！」

你們既然明白這些事，如果去做，就蒙福了。

這樣的人是多麼蒙福啊：他不從惡人的謀略，不站罪人的道路，不坐譏諷者的座位！他所喜悅的，就是耶和華的律法；耶和華的律法，他晝思夜想。他像一棵樹，栽種在溪水旁，他的果實按時結出，他的葉子也不凋零，凡他所做的都會興盛。

耶和華啊，誰能居住在你的帳篷中呢？誰能安居在你的聖山上呢？就是那行事純全、實行公義、內心說誠實話的人。他不用舌頭誹謗人，不對鄰人做惡事，也不辱罵自己的親友。他眼中輕視被神所厭棄的人，卻尊重敬畏耶和華的人；他起了誓，就算自己吃虧也不反悔。他不放債取利，也不收賄賂害無辜的人。行這些事的人將永不動搖！

藉著慈愛和信實，罪孽被贖清；因敬畏耶和華，人就遠離惡事。

你當遠離惡事，當行善事，就必安居直到永遠；

智慧人有所畏懼，遠離惡事；愚昧人魯莽易怒，無所懼怕。

你不要偏右，也不要偏左，要使你的腳離開惡事。

「凡是洗淨自己袍子，好使自己有權利到生命樹那裡，並且得以從城門進到城內的人——他們是蒙福的！

至於那些歸附於耶和華的外邦人，就是為了事奉他、愛他的名、作他僕人的——每一個謹守安息日不褻瀆這日，又堅守我約的人，

我阻止我的腳走任何邪惡的路，為要遵守你的話語。

行為純全、按照耶和華的律法而行的人是蒙福的！謹守耶和華的法度、全心尋求他的人是蒙福的！他們不做不義的事，只走在他的道路上。你用你的訓誡吩咐了我們，為要我們竭力遵守。但願我的道路被你堅立，好使我遵守你的律例。

因為耶和華如此說：「對於那些謹守我的安息日、選擇我所喜悅的事、堅守我約的被閹割之人，

那些持守公正、時時行公義的人，是蒙福的！

你要持守訓導，不要放棄；要謹守智慧，因為她是你的生命。

正直人的大道，遠離惡事；謹守自己道路的，保守自己的性命。

所有敬畏耶和華、走在他道路上的人，都是蒙福的！

你抓住這個是好的，也不要放手那個；因為敬畏神的人，能兼顧這兩者。

當遠離惡事，當行善事，尋找並追求和平。

主人回來的時候，看見哪個奴僕如此行，那個奴僕就蒙福了。

愛，不要虛假；要厭棄惡、持守善；
