I was angry with my people and desecrated my inheritance; I gave them into your hand, and you showed them no mercy. Even on the aged you laid a very heavy yoke.

那裡有一位耶和華的先知名叫俄德，出來迎接回到撒瑪利亞來的軍隊，對他們說：“耶和華你們列祖的神因為惱怒猶大人，才把他們交在你們手裡，你們卻怒氣沖天，殺戮了他們。

因你對兄弟雅各行強暴，你必受羞辱，永被剪除。

因為對不行憐憫的人，審判他們的時候就沒有憐憫；憐憫勝過審判。

因為他們迫害你所擊打的人，嘲笑你所擊傷的人的痛苦。

你們怎樣在我的聖山上喝過苦杯，萬國也必照樣不住地喝，他們要喝，並且要吞下去，他們就不再存在了。

使世界如同荒野，傾覆城鎮，又不釋放囚犯的，就是這人嗎？’

我要差派他去攻擊一個不敬虔的國，吩咐他去攻擊我惱怒的子民，擄去掠物，搶奪擄物，把他們踐踏，像街上的泥土一樣。

大衛對迦得說：“我非常為難，我們情願落在耶和華的手裡，因為他有豐盛的憐憫。不要讓我落在人的手裡。”

他們的嬰孩必在他們眼前被摔死；他們的房屋必被搶掠，他們的妻子必被污辱。

所以我要辱沒聖所裡的領袖，使雅各遭受毀滅，使以色列被凌辱。”

主吞滅了雅各所有住處，毫不顧惜；他在忿怒中，把猶大居民的堅固城拆毀；他使國家和國中眾領袖都倒在地上，受盡羞辱。

‘你要告訴以色列家，主耶和華這樣說：看哪！我必使我的聖所被褻瀆，這聖所就是你們所誇耀的勢力，眼所喜愛的，心中所愛惜的。你們遺下的兒女，都必倒在刀下。

誰把雅各交出來給掠奪者？誰把以色列交給搶劫的呢？豈不是耶和華，就是我們得罪的那位嗎？因為他們不肯遵行他的道，也不肯聽從他的律法。因此，他把他猛烈的怒氣和慘酷的戰爭，傾倒在他身上；這在他四周如火燒起來，他還不知道；把他燒著了，他也不放在心上。

因你的貿易昌盛，你中間就充滿了強暴的事，你也犯了罪，所以我把你當作污穢之物，從神的山把你拋棄。護衛寶座的基路伯啊！我要把你從閃耀如火的寶石中除掉。

你們怎樣判斷人，也必怎樣被判斷；你們用甚麼標準衡量人，也必照樣被衡量。
