Then you will desecrate your idols overlaid with silver and your images covered with gold; you will throw them away like a menstrual cloth and say to them,“ Away with you!”

Then you will get rid of the silver statues of your gods. You won’t have anything to do with the gold statues either. All of them are“ unclean.” So you will throw them away like dirty rags. You will say to them,“ Get away from us!”

Then you will defile your carved idols overlaid with silver and your gold-plated metal images. You will scatter them as unclean things. You will say to them,“ Be gone!”

Then you will destroy all your silver idols and your precious gold images. You will throw them out like filthy rags, saying to them,“ Good riddance!”

Then you will defile your silver-plated idols and your gold-plated images. You will throw them away like menstrual cloths, and call them filth.

And you will desecrate your carved images plated with silver, and your cast metal images plated with gold. You will scatter them as a filthy thing, and say to them,“ Be gone!”

You will also defile the covering of your images of silver, And the ornament of your molded images of gold. You will throw them away as an unclean thing; You will say to them,“ Get away!”

And ye shall defile the overlaying of thy graven images of silver, and the plating of thy molten images of gold: thou shalt cast them away as an unclean thing; thou shalt say unto it, Get thee hence.

Then you will defile your silver-plated idols and your gold-plated images. You will throw them away like menstrual cloths, and call them filth.

人傾囊、出其金銀、權其輕重、以畀工人、俾鑄上帝像、俯伏崇拜、

子以金一千有百反其母。母曰、我為子已獻金於耶和華、以鑄偶像、及雕刻之形、故仍反於爾。子復以金反母、母取金二百、以與金工、使鑄偶像、及雕刻之形、置於米迦室。

昔用金銀、作諸偶像、蹈於罪愆、今當棄之、惟恐不遠、

以法蓮族與偶像何涉、我垂念之、使之扶疏若松、賴我而結實、

郇民舉手、慰藉無人兮、耶和華使雅各諸敵、環而攻之、彼視耶路撒冷、若污衊之婦兮。

耶和華曰、當是時我將毀爾車馬。墮爾城垣、凡爾中之巫覡術數者、必誅戮無遺、斫爾偶像、使爾於人手所作之物、不復崇拜焉、伐爾林木、毀爾城邑、

亞倫曰、爾妻孥垂耳之金環、脫以予我。民即脫之、以授亞倫。亞倫受之、鎔鑄其金、刀刻為犢、有稱之者曰、以色列族乎、導爾出埃及之上帝、即此。

偽師於獸前行異跡、眩惑受獸印、拜獸像者、故偽師與獸、皆被執、生投火坑、坑有硫火、

王命祭司長希勒家、及祭司之次者、暨閽人、取所奉巴力亞大綠及天象之器皿、出耶和華殿、燬於耶路撒冷外、汲淪田間、攜其灰至伯特利。昔猶大列王、立祭司、在猶大諸邑、及耶路撒冷四周、崇坵之上、焚香奉巴力、日月、十二躔次、及諸天象、至是約西亞廢其職、取耶和華殿所有之亞大綠像、出耶路撒冷外、燬於汲淪溪濱、擣之成粉、揚於民塚。昔耶和華殿側、群女織亞大綠幕、旁有孌童之室、約西亞毀之。昔自基巴至別是巴、皆有崇坵、眾祭司焚香其上、今為約西亞所污、邑宰約書亞門左、亦有崇坵、約西亞毀之、徙猶大諸邑崇坵之祭司於耶路撒冷、不許附耶和華祭壇、惟在同儕中食無酵餅而已。

爾追念曩時之惡行、為我所痛疾、則必自怨自艾。

以色列族之聖主、為造化之主宰、人瞻望之、心存敬恪、凡祭壇木偶日像、人手所作者咸不瞻望焉。

萬有之主耶和華曰、當是日我必棄偶像於斯土、使人頓忘其名、亦必使感邪神之先知、驅逐於斯、

若此則雅各之罪、可以滌除、其惡亦堪洗濯、毀祭臺之石、使之成灰、木偶日像、不復樹立、

八年王尚幼沖、崇事其祖大闢之上帝、十二年在猶大國耶路撒冷邑、廢諸崇坵、伐諸林木、毀諸偶像、王使人毀巴力壇、日像高懸於側、王斫之、伐林木、擣偶像成粉、揚於祭偶者之塚。昔有祭司、獻祭於斯壇、王焚其骨於上、於是猶大國、耶路撒冷邑成潔。在馬拿西、以法蓮、西面諸邑、延及納大利毀諸淫祠。於是以色列全地、毀祭壇、伐林木、擣偶像成粉、乃歸耶路撒冷。

是日也、人以所作之金銀偶像、居恆所崇拜者、投於鼹鼠蝙蝠之穴。耶和華有威可畏、勃然而興、地以震動、人必入於磐巖、匿於窟穴、以避其災。

祀事既畢、以色列眾往猶大、便雅憫、以法蓮、馬拿西諸邑、毀偶像、伐林木、廢崇坵、拆祭壇、滅之務盡、然後歸。

不食岡巒之祭品、不敬以色列族所崇偶像、不淫人妻、妻癸水至、不與同寢、
