you will not join them in burial, for you have destroyed your land and killed your people. Let the offspring of the wicked never be mentioned again.

You won’t be buried like other kings. That’s because you have destroyed your land. You have killed your people.“ Let the children of that evil man be killed. Let none of them be left to carry on the family name.

其尚留邑中者、則必被殺、遁逃於外者、必亡於刃、擲嬰孩於石、使彼目擊、室中之貨財見虜、妻孥被玷。主使米太人擊爾、雖饋以金銀、彼不納焉、以弓撻少壯、不恤孩提、不憫孕字。昔巴比倫富甲萬邦、為迦勒底人所尊、厥後必為上帝所敗、若所多馬蛾摩拉然。

我耶和華為以色列族之聖主、斯民侮予、棄予逆予、風俗澆漓、陷於罪戾、入於邪僻、豈不哀哉。

巴比倫之邑民兮、昔爾害予、擲嬰孩於石、今有人待爾若此者、必得純嘏兮。
