蓋彼先知、誘惑我民、謂有平康、平康不至、若作垣墉、一人築之、而他人以不堅緻之泥塗之。

郇民曰、我冀鄰邦、以手援予、引領徒勞、望眼欲穿兮。敵襲予後、不敢行於市廛、生命幾絶、末期伊邇兮。
