爾若與其地之居民立約、恐彼妄從其神、祭祀其神、招爾食其祭物、

只怕你与那地的居民立约，百姓随从他们的神，就行邪淫，祭祀他们的神，有人叫你，你便吃他的祭物，

乃民不聽從士師、淫從他神而叩拜之、速離其祖所行之道、其祖遵主之誡命、彼則不然、

彼內心暗弱者、見爾有知者、席坐於偶像之廟、不亦敢食祭偶像之物乎、

以色列人毋再祀其所妄從之鬼魔、當歷代守此、以為永例、

爾所往之地、慎毋與其居民立約、恐其居於爾中、陷爾於罪網、

但人非皆有此知識、至今尚有心念偶像者、彼食祭物、自覺為祭偶像之物、內心暗弱之故、則見污矣、

邪淫妄作、或作行淫惡名遍聞各處狥慾崇拜木石偶像、污穢斯地、

我必向彼及其眷屬震怒、將彼及凡效其妄為行邪拜摩洛者、悉絕之於民中、凡行邪妄從交鬼之人及巫覡者、我必向斯人震怒、滅絕於民中、

爾衣有繸、觀之可憶主之諸命、遵之而行、不隨心目所欲、即素迷爾從邪者、

惟異邦人所獻之祭、祭鬼魔、非祭天主、我不欲爾與鬼魔交、爾不能飲主之杯、又飲鬼魔之杯、不能共主之席、又共鬼魔之席、

主曰、我今立約、將行異跡於爾眾民前、天下萬國中、未之見也、使爾四周之民、見我向爾所行之事、以為可畏、

執七盂之天使、其一來曰、爾來前、我以坐諸水上之大淫婦將受之刑示爾、世上諸王與之行淫、居地之人、飲其淫亂之酒皆沈醉、我感於神、天使攜我至野、見一婦乘絳獸、獸有七首十角、褻瀆名號、遍書於體、婦衣紫絳、飾以金珠寶石、手執金杯、杯中滿以可憎之物及其淫穢、有名書於其額、曰、隱秘、大邑巴比倫、或作有奧名書於其額曰巴比倫大邑世之諸淫婦及可憎者之母、

遠離主者、必致死亡、悖逆主者、主必勦滅、

我民諮諏木偶、以為其杖能指示未來事、被淫心迷惑、被淫心迷惑或作因其心被邪淫迷惑皆棄其天主、從偶像、偶像或作邪淫

所需牛犢、牡綿羊、綿羊之羔、為獻火焚祭於天上之天主、及所需麥、鹽、酒、油、當循耶路撒冷祭司所求、日給不絕、

然尚有稍可責爾者、因爾容彼自稱為先知之婦耶洗別教異端、誘我僕行淫、食祭偶像之物、

毋與斯民及其神立約、

先知曰、以色列歟、爾毋欣喜、同於異邦、因爾如淫婦如淫婦或作行淫棄爾之天主、譬諸妓女、在各穀場、望人投贈、

主爾之天主以之付爾、為爾所敗、則必殲滅之殆盡、勿與立約、勿加矜恤、
