He jammed the wheels of their chariots so that they had difficulty driving. And the Egyptians said,“ Let’s get away from the Israelites! The Lord is fighting for them against Egypt.”

耶和華必為你們爭戰，你們必須安靜，不要作聲。”

雅各的神啊！因你的斥責，坐車的和騎馬的都沉睡了。

那日就像一個人避過了獅子，卻遇上了熊；回到家裡，手靠在牆上，卻被蛇咬。

神射擊他，毫不留情，他甚願快快逃脫神的手。

非利士人就害怕起來，他們說：“有神來到他們的營中了。”又說：“我們有禍了！因為從來沒有這樣的事。我們有禍了！從前在曠野用各樣災禍擊打埃及人的，就是這些神。誰能救我們脫離這些大能之神的手呢？

“帶領大軍的君王都逃跑了，逃跑了；住在家中的婦女分得了戰利品。

他要逃避鐵製的兵器，但銅弓的箭必把他射穿；

他使戰爭止息，直到地極；他把弓折毀，把矛砍斷，把戰車用火焚燒。

但惡人的眼目必昏花，逃亡之路也必斷絕，他們的指望就是最後的一口氣。”

在戰爭之日的吶喊中，在風雨天的暴風中；我必在拉巴的城牆放火，燒毀他的堡壘。

耶和華用刀使西西拉和所有的車輛與全軍，都在巴拉面前潰亂；西西拉下了車，步行逃跑。
