你們就要把他們二人拉出到城門口，拿石頭打，打到他們死去。打那少女呢、是因為她雖在城裏也不喊叫；打那男人呢、是因為他玷辱了他鄰舍的妻子；這樣，你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。

並罰他一百錠銀子、交給那少女，因為他發表壞名聲的事毁謗以色列的一個處女；那女子仍要歸他為妻，儘他一生的日子、他都不能把她打發走。

看哪，有我的女兒、還是處女，並有這人的妾；我這就將她們領出來，讓你們玷辱她們；你們看怎麼好、就怎麼作好啦；對這人呢、你們卻不可行這醜事。』

『人若賣女兒做使女，使女不能像男的奴僕那樣出去。主人所選定歸自己的，若後來又不中意，那麼就要讓她贖身；要把她賣給外族之民、主人是沒有權柄的，因為他曾經以詭詐待她。主人若選定她歸自己的兒子，就須待她像女兒一樣。他若另娶一個，那原來女子的喫食、和遮身之物、跟好合之事、仍然不可減少。若不向她行這三樣，她就可以免費地出去，不花銀子贖身。
