Has anyone planted a vineyard and not begun to enjoy it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else enjoy it.

Has anyone planted a vineyard and not started to enjoy it? Let him go home. If he doesn’t, he might die in battle. Then someone else will enjoy his vineyard.

And is there any man who has planted a vineyard and has not enjoyed its fruit? Let him go back to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man enjoy its fruit.

Has anyone here just planted a vineyard but not yet eaten any of its fruit? If so, you may go home! You might die in battle, and someone else would eat the first fruit.

『將來你若留心聽永恆主你的上帝的聲音，謹慎遵行他的一切誡命、就是我今日所吩咐你的，永恆主你的上帝就必使你很高超、勝過地上的列國。你若聽永恆主你的上帝的聲音，以下這一切福就必臨到你，把你趕上。在城裏你必蒙賜福，在田間你必蒙賜福。你腹中的果子、你土地上的果實、你牲口所下的、你幼小的牛和肥嫩的羊、必都蒙賜福。你的筐子和你的摶麵盆也必蒙賜福。你進來必蒙賜福，你出去也必蒙賜福。『永恆主必使你的仇敵、那起來攻打你的、在你面前被擊敗；他們從一條路出來攻打你，必由七條路從你面前逃跑。在你的倉房裏、和你下手辦的一切事上、永恆主必命令福氣隨着你；在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你的地上、他必賜福與你。如果你謹守永恆主你的上帝的誡命、行他的道路、永恆主就必立你為屬他的聖民，照他向你所起誓過的。地上萬族之民、見你稱為歸於永恆主名下、就必懼怕你。在永恆主向你列祖起誓應許給你的土地、永恆主必使你腹中的果子、你牲口所下的，和你土地上的果實、都昌盛有餘。永恆主必為你開他的寶庫，為你開天，按時節把你地上所需要的雨水賜下來，賜福與你手裏作的一切事；你必借給許多國的人，卻不必向人借貸。永恆主必使你做頭不做尾，但居上不居下，如果你聽從永恆主你的上帝的誡命、就是我今日所吩咐你的，謹慎遵行，不偏離我今日所吩咐你們的一切話，而偏右偏左，去隨從別的神、而事奉他們，就必如此。『但將來你若不聽永恆主你的上帝的聲音，而謹慎遵行他一切的誡命律例、就是我今日所吩咐你的，以下這一切咒詛就必臨到你，把你趕上。在城裏你必受咒詛，在田間你必受咒詛。你的筐子和你的摶麵盆必受咒詛。你腹中的果子、你土地上的果實、你幼小的牛和肥嫩的羊、必都受咒詛。你進來必受咒詛，你出去也必受咒詛。『永恆主必在你所作的、你下手辦的一切事上、打發咒詛紛亂挫折臨到你身上，直到你消滅，迅速地滅亡，都因你行為之敗壞、就是你離棄了我的緣故。永恆主必使瘟疫貼在你身上，直到他將你從所要進去取得為業的土地上滅盡了。永恆主必用癆病、熱病、炎症、惡性熱病、乾旱、旱風、霉爛、擊打你；它們必追趕你，直到你滅亡。你頭上的天必變為銅，你腳下的地必變為鐵。永恆主必將飛塵沙土代替你地上所需要的雨水；塵土必從天上下到你身上，直到你消滅。『永恆主必使你在仇敵面前被擊敗；你從一條路出去攻打他們，必由七條路、從他們面前逃跑；你竟要成為地上萬國所引為令人不寒而慄的例子。你的屍體必給空中的飛鳥和地上的野獸做食物，也沒有人給鬨走。永恆主必用埃及人的瘡、和鼠疫疱、牛皮癬、疥、擊打你，是你不能得醫治的。永恆主必用癲狂眼瞎心神恐慌擊打你；你中午必摸來摸去，好像瞎子在墨黑中摸來摸去一樣；你不能使你所行的順利；只能日日不斷地受欺壓受搶奪，也沒有人拯救。你聘定了妻，別人必強姦她；你建造房屋，也不得住在裏面；你栽種葡萄園，也不能開始享用它的果子。

他們的資財必成為掠物，他們的房屋必變成了荒場；他們必建造房屋，卻不得居住，必栽種葡萄園，卻不得喝所出的酒。』

在撒瑪利亞的眾山上你必再度栽種葡萄園；栽種的必栽種，來享用所結的果子。

並不是他們建造、而別人來居住；並不是他們栽種、而別人來喫；因為我人民的壽數必像樹木的壽數；我選民親手作工得來的、他們都必充分地享用。
