蓋此義者居其中、且見且聞、以其不法之行、日傷公義之心、

蓋義者與彼同處、見其敗亂矩矱、無日不憂、

蓋此義人居於彼中、目見耳聞其非法之事、傷其義心、

蓋羅德以正直之身、處於群小之中、所見所聞、莫非橫行無道、中心惄焉如擣、無有寧日也。

( for that righteous man, living among them day after day, was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard)—

That good man lived among them day after day. He saw and heard the evil things they were doing. They were breaking God’s laws. And the godly spirit of Lot was deeply troubled.

Yes, Lot was a righteous man who was tormented in his soul by the wickedness he saw and heard day after day.

我看见背信者就厌恶，因为他们不遵守你的话语。

所以我们就称傲慢的人有福；作恶的人不仅得以兴旺，他们试验神也得以逃脱。’”那时，敬畏耶和华的人彼此谈论，耶和华留心垂听。那些敬畏耶和华、尊重他名的人，在他面前都被记录在一本记念册上。万军之耶和华说：“在我预备珍贵产业的日子，他们必属于我；我必怜恤他们，如同人怜恤那服事自己的儿子。

我心火焚烧，因为我的敌人忘记了你的话语。

义人欢庆时，大有荣耀；恶人兴起时，世人就躲藏。

我们也知道，律法的设立不是为义人，而是为那些不法的和不服的、不敬神的和犯罪的、不圣洁的和亵渎神的、殴打父母的、杀人的、

所以你们当彼此认罪，彼此代求，好使你们得痊愈。义人所做的祈祷是大有力量的。
