When Jehu went out to his fellow officers, one of them asked him,“ Is everything all right? Why did this maniac come to you?”“ You know the man and the sort of things he says,” Jehu replied.

Jehu went out to where the other officers were. One of them asked him,“ Is everything all right? Why did that crazy man come to you?”“ You know the man. You know the kinds of things he says,” Jehu replied.

When Jehu came out to the servants of his master, they said to him,“ Is all well? Why did this mad fellow come to you?” And he said to them,“ You know the fellow and his talk.”

Jehu went back to his fellow officers, and one of them asked him,“ What did that madman want? Is everything all right?”“ You know how a man like that babbles on,” Jehu replied.

When Jehu came out to his master’s servants, they asked,“ Is everything all right? Why did this crazy person come to you?” Then he said to them,“ You know the sort and their ranting.”

Now Jehu went out to the servants of his master, and one said to him,“ Is everything well? Why did this crazy fellow come to you?” And he said to them,“ You know very well the man and his talk.”

Then Jehu came out to the servants of his master, and one said to him,“ Is all well? Why did this madman come to you?” And he said to them,“ You know the man and his babble.”

Then Jehu came forth to the servants of his lord: and one said unto him, Is all well? wherefore came this mad fellow to thee? And he said unto them, Ye know the man and what his talk was.

When Jehu came out to his master’s servants, they asked,“ Is everything all right? Why did this crazy person come to you?” Then he said to them,“ You know the sort and their ranting.”

When Jehu rejoined his master’s servants, they asked him,“ Is everything all right? Why did this madman visit you?” He replied,“ Ah, it’s not important. You know what kind of man he is and the kinds of things he says.”

When Jehu came out to the servants of his lord, and one said to him,“ Is all well? Why did this mad fellow come to you?” He said to them,“ You know the man and how he talks.”

‘ The Lord has appointed you priest in place of Jehoiada to be in charge of the house of the Lord; you should put any maniac who acts like a prophet into the stocks and neck-irons. (niv)

Many of them said,“ He is demon-possessed and raving mad. Why listen to him?” (niv)

At this point Festus interrupted Paul’s defense.“ You are out of your mind, Paul!” he shouted.“ Your great learning is driving you insane.” (niv)

The days of punishment are coming, the days of reckoning are at hand. Let Israel know this. Because your sins are so many and your hostility so great, the prophet is considered a fool, the inspired person a maniac. (niv)

So the king sent out a second horseman. When he came to them he said,“ This is what the king says:‘ Do you come in peace?’” Jehu replied,“ What do you have to do with peace? Fall in behind me.” (niv)

When Joram saw Jehu he asked,“ Have you come in peace, Jehu?”“ How can there be peace,” Jehu replied,“ as long as all the idolatry and witchcraft of your mother Jezebel abound?” (niv)

So Gehazi hurried after Naaman. When Naaman saw him running toward him, he got down from the chariot to meet him.“ Is everything all right?” he asked. (niv)

Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice. (niv)

A group of Epicurean and Stoic philosophers began to debate with him. Some of them asked,“ What is this babbler trying to say?” Others remarked,“ He seems to be advocating foreign gods.” They said this because Paul was preaching the good news about Jesus and the resurrection. (niv)

We are fools for Christ, but you are so wise in Christ! We are weak, but you are strong! You are honored, we are dishonored! (niv)

If we are“ out of our mind,” as some say, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. (niv)
