耶西就派人去把他帶來；他面色紅潤，雙目清秀，樣貌英俊。耶和華說：「起來膏抹他，就是這個人！」

耶西就打发人去叫了他来。他面色光红，双目清秀，容貌俊美。耶和华说：“这就是他，你起来膏他。”

耶西就打發人去領他來：他臉色赤紅：雙目清秀，丰采俊美。永恆主說：『這一個就是了；你起來膏他。』

遂遣人攜之入、其人赤色、目秀貌美、耶和華曰、斯人是也、起而膏之、

遂召之至、其容赤色、雙眸炯然、丰采甚都。耶和華曰、斯人是也。速沐以膏。

So he sent for him and had him brought in. He was glowing with health and had a fine appearance and handsome features. Then the Lord said,“ Rise and anoint him; this is the one.”

So Jesse sent for his son and had him brought in. He looked very healthy. He had a fine appearance and handsome features. Then the Lord said,“ Get up and anoint him. This is the one.”

And he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy and had beautiful eyes and was handsome. And the Lord said,“ Arise, anoint him, for this is he.”

So Jesse sent for him. He was dark and handsome, with beautiful eyes. And the Lord said,“ This is the one; anoint him.”

So Jesse sent for him. He had beautiful eyes and a healthy, handsome appearance. Then the LORD said,“ Anoint him, for he is the one.”

So he sent word and brought him in. Now he was reddish, with beautiful eyes and a handsome appearance. And the Lord said,“ Arise, anoint him; for this is he.”

So he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with bright eyes, and good-looking. And the Lord said,“ Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!”

And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look upon. And Jehovah said, Arise, anoint him; for this is he.

So Jesse sent for him. He had beautiful eyes and a healthy, handsome appearance. Then the Lord said,“ Anoint him, for he is the one.”

And he sent, and brought him in. Now he[ was] ruddy,[ and] withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this[ is] he.

So Jesse had him brought in. Now he was ruddy, with attractive eyes and a handsome appearance. The LORD said,“ Go and anoint him. This is the one!”

He sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with a handsome face and good appearance. Yahweh said,“ Arise! Anoint him, for this is he.”

當撒母耳看見掃羅時，耶和華就對撒母耳說：「看哪，這就是我對你所說的那個人！這人將統治我的子民。」

那非利士人觀望，看見大衛，就輕視他，因為他還是個少年，面色紅潤、容貌俊美。

「事實上，希律和本丟彼拉多，與外邦人和以色列子民果然在這城裡一同聚集，對付你所膏立的聖僕耶穌，

「我在錫安我的聖山上，膏立了我的王。」

地上的君王們站出來，首領們一同商定，敵對耶和華和他的受膏者，說：

他把自己所擁有的一切都交託在約瑟的手中；有約瑟在，他除了自己吃的飯以外，什麼事都不理會。約瑟有著健美的身材、俊美的容貌。

那時你在異象中對你的忠信者宣告，說：「我幫助了一位勇士，高舉了那從民中所揀選的。我找到我的僕人大衛，用我聖潔的膏油膏抹了他。

就在那時候，摩西出生了。他在神的眼裡十分俊美，在父親家裡被撫養了三個月。

因著信，摩西出生以後，被父母藏了三個月，原來他們看見孩子俊美；他們不怕王的命令。
