無分猶太希利尼、為奴自主、或男或女、蓋爾曹於基督耶穌中皆一也、

勿好利、以爾所有為足、蓋上帝嘗云、我必不棄爾、不遺爾也、

凡服軛之奴、當視其主為可尊、免上帝之名與教受謗也、其主為信徒、勿因其為兄弟而輕視之、宜服事維勤、緣得其善工者、乃信而蒙愛者也、爾當以此訓之勸之、○若有傳異教、不從我主耶穌基督之正言、不依敬虔之教者、

以凡所慮者託之、蓋彼眷顧爾也、

概勿憂慮、惟於萬事、以祈禱、籲懇、稱謝、陳述所求於上帝、

我言此、非因缺乏之故、蓋我已學、隨遇而安、

爾當自慎、勿以饜飲沈湎、世之憧擾累爾心、免其日如機檻、突然臨爾、
