  • 2 Chronicles 7:10 - Then on the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people to their tents, rejoicing and happy in heart because of the goodness that the Lord had shown to David, to Solomon, and to His people Israel.
  • 2 Chronicles 7:11 - So Solomon finished the house of the Lord and the king’s palace, and successfully completed everything that he had planned on doing in the house of the Lord and in his palace.
  • 2 Chronicles 7:12 - Then the Lord appeared to Solomon at night and said to him, “I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice.
  • Jeremiah 31:23 - This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says: “Once again they will speak this word in the land of Judah and in its cities when I restore their fortunes, ‘The Lord bless you, O place of righteousness, O holy hill!’
  • Jeremiah 31:24 - Judah and all its cities will live together in it, the farmers and those who travel with flocks.
  • 2 Chronicles 30:21 - The sons of Israel present in Jerusalem celebrated the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days with great joy, and the Levites and the priests were praising the Lord day after day with loud instruments to the Lord.
  • 2 Chronicles 30:22 - Then Hezekiah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites who showed good insight in the things of the Lord. So they ate for the appointed seven days, sacrificing peace offerings and giving thanks to the Lord God of their fathers.
  • 2 Chronicles 30:23 - Then the whole assembly decided to celebrate the feast another seven days, so they celebrated the seven days with joy.
  • 2 Chronicles 30:24 - For Hezekiah king of Judah had contributed to the assembly a thousand bulls and seven thousand sheep, and the princes had contributed to the assembly a thousand bulls and ten thousand sheep; and a large number of priests consecrated themselves.
  • 2 Chronicles 30:25 - All the assembly of Judah rejoiced, with the priests and the Levites and all the assembly that came from Israel, both the strangers who came from the land of Israel and those living in Judah.
  • 2 Chronicles 30:26 - So there was great joy in Jerusalem, because there was nothing like this in Jerusalem since the days of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel.
  • 2 Chronicles 30:27 - Then the Levitical priests stood and blessed the people; and their voice was heard and their prayer came to His holy dwelling place, to heaven.
  • 1 Chronicles 15:26 - Because God was helping the Levites who were carrying the ark of the covenant of the Lord, they sacrificed seven bulls and seven rams.
  • 2 Chronicles 8:12 - Then Solomon offered burnt offerings to the Lord on the altar of the Lord which he had built in front of the porch;
  • 2 Chronicles 8:13 - and he did so according to the daily rule, offering them up according to the commandment of Moses, for the Sabbaths, the new moons, and the three annual feasts—the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks, and the Feast of Booths.
  • 2 Chronicles 8:14 - Now according to the ordinance of his father David, he appointed the divisions of the priests for their service, and the Levites for their duties of praise and ministering before the priests according to the daily rule, and the gatekeepers by their divisions at every gate; for this is what David, the man of God, had commanded.
  • Ezekiel 20:40 - For on My holy mountain, on the high mountain of Israel,” declares the Lord God, “there the entire house of Israel, all of them, will serve Me in the land; there I will accept them and there I will demand your contributions and the choicest of your gifts, with all your holy things.
  • Ezekiel 20:41 - As a soothing aroma I will accept you when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered; and I will show Myself to be holy among you in the sight of the nations.
  • 2 Chronicles 29:31 - Then Hezekiah said, “Now that you have consecrated yourselves to the Lord, come forward and bring sacrifices and thanksgiving offerings to the house of the Lord.” So the assembly brought sacrifices and thanksgiving offerings, and everyone who was willing brought burnt offerings.
  • 2 Chronicles 29:32 - The number of the burnt offerings which the assembly brought was seventy bulls, a hundred rams, and two hundred lambs; all of these were for a burnt offering to the Lord.
  • 2 Chronicles 29:33 - The consecrated offerings were six hundred bulls and three thousand sheep.
  • 2 Chronicles 29:34 - But the priests were too few, so that they were unable to skin all the burnt offerings; therefore their brothers the Levites helped them until the work was finished and the other priests had consecrated themselves. For the Levites were more conscientious to consecrate themselves than the priests.
  • 2 Chronicles 29:35 - There were also many burnt offerings with the fat of the peace offerings and the drink offerings for the burnt offerings. So the service of the house of the Lord was established again.
  • 2 Chronicles 29:36 - Then Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced over what God had prepared for the people, because the thing came about suddenly.
  • Ezekiel 43:26 - For seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and purify it; so shall they consecrate it.
  • Ezekiel 43:27 - When they have completed the days, it shall be that on the eighth day and onward, the priests shall offer your burnt offerings on the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you,’ declares the Lord God.”
  • 1 Chronicles 29:20 - Then David said to all the assembly, “Now bless the Lord your God.” And all the assembly blessed the Lord, the God of their fathers, and bowed down and paid homage to the Lord and the king.
  • 1 Chronicles 29:21 - On the next day they made sacrifices to the Lord and offered burnt offerings to the Lord, a thousand bulls, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs, with their drink offerings and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel.
  • 1 Chronicles 29:22 - So they ate and drank that day before the Lord with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king a second time, and they anointed him as ruler for the Lord and Zadok as priest.
  • Jeremiah 2:2 - “Go and proclaim in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, ‘This is what the Lord says: “I remember regarding you the devotion of your youth, Your love when you were a bride, Your following after Me in the wilderness, Through a land not sown.
  • Jeremiah 2:3 - Israel was holy to the Lord, The first of His harvest. All who ate of it became guilty; Evil came upon them,” declares the Lord.’ ”
  • 2 Chronicles 1:6 - And Solomon went up there before the Lord to the bronze altar which was at the tent of meeting, and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it.
  • 2 Chronicles 31:20 - Hezekiah did this throughout Judah; and he did what was good, right, and true before the Lord his God.
  • 2 Chronicles 31:21 - Every work which he began in the service of the house of God in the Law and in the commandment, seeking his God, he did with all his heart and prospered.
  • 1 Chronicles 16:1 - And they brought in the ark of God and placed it inside the tent which David had pitched for it, and they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.
  • 1 Chronicles 16:2 - When David had finished offering the burnt offering and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the Lord.
  • 1 Chronicles 16:3 - Then he distributed to everyone of Israel, both men and women, to everyone a loaf of bread, a portion of meat, and a raisin cake.
  • 1 Chronicles 21:26 - Then David built an altar there to the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. And he called to the Lord, and He answered him with fire from heaven on the altar of burnt offering.
  • Isaiah 56:7 - Even those I will bring to My holy mountain, And make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be acceptable on My altar; For My house will be called a house of prayer for all the peoples.”
  • 2 Chronicles 7:1 - Now when Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the house.
  • 2 Chronicles 7:2 - And the priests could not enter the house of the Lord because the glory of the Lord filled the Lord’s house.
  • 2 Chronicles 7:3 - All the sons of Israel, seeing the fire come down and the glory of the Lord upon the house, bowed down on the pavement with their faces to the ground, and they worshiped and gave praise to the Lord, saying, “Certainly He is good, certainly His faithfulness is everlasting.”
