Isaiah 13:17 - “Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, Who will not regard silver; And as for gold, they will not delight in it.
Isaiah 13:18 - Also their bows will dash the young men to pieces, And they will have no pity on the fruit of the womb; Their eye will not spare children.
Isaiah 13:2 - “Lift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles.

Isaiah 13:5 - They come from a far country, From the end of heaven— The Lord and His weapons of indignation, To destroy the whole land.
Jeremiah 50:41 - “Behold, a people shall come from the north, And a great nation and many kings Shall be raised up from the ends of the earth.
Jeremiah 50:42 - They shall hold the bow and the lance; They are cruel and shall not show mercy. Their voice shall roar like the sea; They shall ride on horses, Set in array, like a man for the battle, Against you, O daughter of Babylon.
Jeremiah 50:3 - For out of the north a nation comes up against her, Which shall make her land desolate, And no one shall dwell therein. They shall move, they shall depart, Both man and beast.

Isaiah 45:3 - I will give you the treasures of darkness And hidden riches of secret places, That you may know that I, the Lord, Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.
Isaiah 45:4 - For Jacob My servant’s sake, And Israel My elect, I have even called you by your name; I have named you, though you have not known Me.
Isaiah 21:2 - A distressing vision is declared to me; The treacherous dealer deals treacherously, And the plunderer plunders. Go up, O Elam! Besiege, O Media! All its sighing I have made to cease.
Jeremiah 15:14 - And I will make you cross over with your enemies Into a land which you do not know; For a fire is kindled in My anger, Which shall burn upon you.”
Jeremiah 50:29 - “Call together the archers against Babylon. All you who bend the bow, encamp against it all around; Let none of them escape. Repay her according to her work; According to all she has done, do to her; For she has been proud against the Lord, Against the Holy One of Israel.
Jeremiah 51:1 - Thus says the Lord: “Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, Against those who dwell in Leb Kamai, A destroying wind.
Jeremiah 51:2 - And I will send winnowers to Babylon, Who shall winnow her and empty her land. For in the day of doom They shall be against her all around.
Jeremiah 51:3 - Against her let the archer bend his bow, And lift himself up against her in his armor. Do not spare her young men; Utterly destroy all her army.
Jeremiah 51:4 - Thus the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans, And those thrust through in her streets.
Jeremiah 51:11 - Make the arrows bright! Gather the shields! The Lord has raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes. For His plan is against Babylon to destroy it, Because it is the vengeance of the Lord, The vengeance for His temple.
Isaiah 41:25 - “I have raised up one from the north, And he shall come; From the rising of the sun he shall call on My name; And he shall come against princes as though mortar, As the potter treads clay.
Jeremiah 50:26 - Come against her from the farthest border; Open her storehouses; Cast her up as heaps of ruins, And destroy her utterly; Let nothing of her be left.
Jeremiah 51:27 - Set up a banner in the land, Blow the trumpet among the nations! Prepare the nations against her, Call the kingdoms together against her: Ararat, Minni, and Ashkenaz. Appoint a general against her; Cause the horses to come up like the bristling locusts.
Jeremiah 51:28 - Prepare against her the nations, With the kings of the Medes, Its governors and all its rulers, All the land of his dominion.
Jeremiah 50:14 - “Put yourselves in array against Babylon all around, All you who bend the bow; Shoot at her, spare no arrows, For she has sinned against the Lord.

Ezra 1:2 - Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the earth the Lord God of heaven has given me. And He has commanded me to build Him a house at Jerusalem which is in Judah.
