Acts 4:26 - The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed one. ’
Acts 4:27 - Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed.

Luke 18:24 - Jesus looked at him and said, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!
Zephaniah 3:3 - Her officials within her are roaring lions; her rulers are evening wolves, who leave nothing for the morning.
Zephaniah 3:4 - Her prophets are unprincipled; they are treacherous people. Her priests profane the sanctuary and do violence to the law.
Zephaniah 3:5 - The Lord within her is righteous; he does no wrong. Morning by morning he dispenses his justice, and every new day he does not fail, yet the unrighteous know no shame.
James 2:5 - Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?
James 2:6 - But you have dishonored the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court?
