- Apostelgeschichte 27:9 - Wir hatten viel Zeit verloren. Das Fasten im Herbst war bereits vorüber, und die Seefahrt war gefährlich geworden. Deshalb warnte Paulus:
- Jeremia 22:2 - und dort zu verkünden: »Höre, was der Herr dir zu sagen hat, König von Juda, du Nachkomme von David, dir, deinen obersten Beamten und deinem Volk, das durch diese Tore zum Palast hineingeht!
- Jeremia 36:8 - Baruch befolgte Jeremias Anweisungen und verkündete die Botschaft des Herrn im Tempel.
- Jeremia 36:9 - Im 9. Monat des 5. Regierungsjahres von Jojakim, dem Sohn von Josia, hatte man nämlich das ganze Volk zum Fasten aufgerufen, um den Herrn um Gnade zu bitten. Viele Menschen aus Jerusalem und den anderen Städten Judas waren dazu in den Tempel gekommen.
