  • Hosea 11:12 - Ephraim surrounds me with lies, the house of Israel, with deceit. Judah still wanders with God and is faithful to the holy ones.

  • Romans 3:16 - ruin and wretchedness are in their paths,
  • Romans 3:17 - and the path of peace they have not known.
  • Romans 3:18 - There is no fear of God before their eyes.
  • Hosea 7:13 - Woe to them, for they fled from me; destruction to them, for they rebelled against me! Though I want to redeem them, they speak lies against me.
  • Jeremiah 9:2 - If only I had a traveler’s lodging place in the wilderness, I would abandon my people and depart from them, for they are all adulterers, a solemn assembly of treacherous people.
