Leviticus 18:27 - All these things were done by the people who lived in the land before you. That is how the land became “unclean.”
Leviticus 18:28 - If you make the land “unclean,” it will throw you out. It will get rid of you just as it got rid of the nations there before you.

1 Kings 11:1 - King Solomon loved many women besides Pharaoh’s daughter. They were from other lands. They were Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians and Hittites.
Ezra 10:8 - They were supposed to come there before three days had passed. If they didn’t, they would lose all their property. They would also be removed from the community of those who had returned. That’s what the officials and elders had decided.
