Mác 14:38 - Phải tỉnh thức và cầu nguyện để khỏi sa vào vòng cám dỗ. Vì tâm linh thật muốn, nhưng thể xác yếu đuối.”
Mác 14:39 - Chúa Giê-xu lại đi và cầu xin như lần trước.
Mác 14:40 - Lần này quay lại, Chúa thấy các môn đệ vẫn ngủ, mắt nhắm nghiền, không đối đáp gì được.
Thi Thiên 35:3 - Xin lấy giáo và lao cản đường người đuổi con. Xin nói với tâm hồn con: “Ta sẽ cho con chiến thắng!”
