  • 1 Kings 18:13 - Certainly my master is aware of what I did when Jezebel was killing the Lord’s prophets. I hid one hundred of the Lord’s prophets in two caves in two groups of fifty and I brought them food and water.
  • 1 Kings 18:14 - Now you say, ‘Go and say to your master, “Elijah is back,”’ but he will kill me.”

They are saying, “Come on, let’s publicly denounce him!” All my so-called friends are just watching for something that would lead to my downfall. They say, “Perhaps he can be enticed into slipping up, so we can prevail over him and get our revenge on him.
  • Romans 15:25 - But now I go to Jerusalem to minister to the saints.
