Isaiah 53:12 - So I will give him a place of honor among those who are great. He will be rewarded just like others who win the battle. That’s because he was willing to give his life as a sacrifice. He was counted among those who had committed crimes. He took the sins of many people on himself. And he gave his life for those who had done what is wrong.”
1 Samuel 14:6 - Jonathan spoke to the young man carrying his armor. He said, “Come on. Let’s go over to the camp of those fellows who aren’t circumcised. Perhaps the Lord will help us. If he does, it won’t matter how many or how few of us there are. That won’t keep the Lord from saving us.”
1 Samuel 14:23 - So on that day the Lord saved Israel. And the fighting continued on past Beth Aven.
Ephesians 6:10 - Finally, let the Lord make you strong. Depend on his mighty power.
Ephesians 6:11 - Put on all of God’s armor. Then you can remain strong against the devil’s evil plans.
Ephesians 6:12 - Our fight is not against human beings. It is against the rulers, the authorities and the powers of this dark world. It is against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly world.
Ephesians 6:13 - So put on all of God’s armor. Evil days will come. But you will be able to stand up to anything. And after you have done everything you can, you will still be standing.
Ephesians 6:14 - So remain strong in the faith. Put the belt of truth around your waist. Put the armor of godliness on your chest.
Ephesians 6:15 - Wear on your feet what will prepare you to tell the good news of peace.
Ephesians 6:16 - Also, pick up the shield of faith. With it you can put out all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
Ephesians 6:17 - Put on the helmet of salvation. And take the sword of the Holy Spirit. The sword is God’s word.
Ephesians 6:18 - At all times, pray by the power of the Spirit. Pray all kinds of prayers. Be watchful, so that you can pray. Always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
Romans 15:18 - I will speak about what Christ has done through me. I won’t try to speak about anything else. He has been leading the Gentiles to obey God. He has been doing this by what I have said and done.
Joshua 10:10 - The Lord threw them into a panic as Israel marched toward them. Then Joshua and the Israelites won a complete victory over them at Gibeon. The Israelites chased them along the road that goes up to Beth Horon. They struck them down all the way to Azekah and Makkedah.
2 Corinthians 4:5 - The message we preach is not about ourselves. Our message is about Jesus Christ. We say that he is Lord. And we say that we serve you because of Jesus.
Joshua 11:8 - The Lord handed them over to Israel. The Israelites won the battle over them. They hunted them down all the way to Greater Sidon. They chased them to Misrephoth Maim. They chased them to the Valley of Mizpah in the east. Not one of them was left alive.

2 Kings 5:1 - Naaman was army commander of the king of Aram. He was very important to his master and was highly respected. That’s because the Lord had helped him win the battle over Aram’s enemies. He was a brave soldier. But he had a skin disease.
Judges 15:14 - Samson approached Lehi. The Philistines came toward him shouting. Then the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully on Samson. The ropes on his arms became like burned thread. They dropped off his hands.
1 Samuel 19:5 - He put his own life in danger when he killed Goliath. The Lord used him to win a great battle for the whole nation of Israel. When you saw it, you were glad. So why would you do anything to harm a man like David? He isn’t guilty of doing anything to harm you. Why would you want to kill him without any reason?”
1 Samuel 11:13 - But Saul said, “No one will be put to death today! After all, this is the day the Lord has rescued Israel.”
