  • Acts 23:27 - This man was seized [as a prisoner] by the Jews and was about to be killed by them, when I came upon him with the troops and rescued him, having learned that he was a Roman citizen.
  • 1 Samuel 23:22 - Go now, be very persistent and investigate, and see where his haunt is and who has seen him there; for I am told he is very cunning.

  • John 11:52 - and not only for the nation, but also for the purpose of gathering together into one body the children of God who have been scattered abroad.
  • John 11:53 - So from that day on they planned together to kill Him.
