  • Psalms 32:10 - God-defiers are always in trouble; God-affirmers find themselves loved every time they turn around.
  • Matthew 23:13 - “I’ve had it with you! You’re hopeless, you religion scholars, you Pharisees! Frauds! Your lives are roadblocks to God’s kingdom. You refuse to enter, and won’t let anyone else in either.
  • 1 Timothy 6:9 - But if it’s only money these leaders are after, they’ll self-destruct in no time. Lust for money brings trouble and nothing but trouble. Going down that path, some lose their footing in the faith completely and live to regret it bitterly ever after.
