Her officials within her are roaring lions; her rulers are evening wolves, who leave nothing for the morning.

Jerusalem’s officials are like roaring lions. Their rulers are like wolves that hunt in the evening. They don’t leave anything to eat in the morning.

“他的马比豹更快，比晚上的豺狼更猛。马兵踊跃争先，都从远方而来；他们飞跑如鹰抓食，

其中的先知同谋背叛，如咆哮的狮子抓撕掠物。他们吞灭人民，抢夺财宝，使这地多有寡妇。其中的祭司强解我的律法，亵渎我的圣物，不分别圣的和俗的，也不使人分辨洁净的和不洁净的，又遮眼不顾我的安息日；我也在他们中间被亵慢。其中的首领仿佛豺狼抓撕掠物，杀人流血，伤害人命，要得不义之财。

因此，林中的狮子必害死他们；晚上的豺狼必灭绝他们；豹子要在城外窥伺他们。凡出城的必被撕碎；因为他们的罪过极多，背道的事也加增了。

他在村庄埋伏等候；他在隐密处杀害无辜的人。他的眼睛窥探无倚无靠的人；他埋伏在暗地，如狮子蹲在洞中。他埋伏，要掳去困苦人；他拉网，就把困苦人掳去。他屈身蹲伏，无倚无靠的人就倒在他爪牙之下。

暴虐的君王辖制贫民，好像吼叫的狮子、觅食的熊。

你的官长居心悖逆，与盗贼作伴，各都喜爱贿赂，追求赃私。他们不为孤儿伸冤；寡妇的案件也不得呈到他们面前。

我说：雅各的首领，以色列家的官长啊，你们要听！你们不当知道公平吗？你们恶善好恶，从人身上剥皮，从人骨头上剔肉，吃我民的肉，剥他们的皮，打折他们的骨头，分成块子像要下锅，又像釜中的肉。到了遭灾的时候，这些人必哀求耶和华，他却不应允他们。那时他必照他们所行的恶事向他们掩面。

按我所见，耕罪孽、种毒害的人都照样收割。神一出气，他们就灭亡；神一发怒，他们就消没。狮子的吼叫和猛狮的声音尽都止息；少壮狮子的牙齿也都敲掉。老狮子因绝食而死；母狮之子也都离散。

惟有你的眼和你的心专顾贪婪，流无辜人的血，行欺压和强暴。

雅各家的首领、以色列家的官长啊，当听我的话！你们厌恶公平，在一切事上屈枉正直；以人血建立锡安，以罪孽建造耶路撒冷。首领为贿赂行审判；祭司为雇价施训诲；先知为银钱行占卜。他们却倚赖耶和华，说：“耶和华不是在我们中间吗？灾祸必不临到我们。”

“看哪，以色列的首领各逞其能，在你中间流人之血。
