因此，狮子必从林中出来袭击他们，旷野的豺狼要杀害他们，豹子在他们的城边窥伺，出城的都必被撕碎；因为他们的过犯众多，背道的事也无法数算。

他在村庄里埋伏等候，在隐密处杀害无辜的人，他的眼睛暗地里窥探不幸的人。他在隐密处埋伏，像狮子埋伏在丛林中；他埋伏要掳走困苦人，他把困苦人拉入自己的网中，掳走了他们。他击打，他屈身蹲伏，不幸的人就倒在他的爪下。

残暴的统治者辖制贫民，就像吼叫的狮子，又像饥饿觅食的熊。

你的官长存心悖逆，与盗贼同伙；人都贪爱贿赂，追索私酬；他们不替孤儿伸冤，寡妇的案件也呈不到他们面前。

我说：“雅各的首领，你们要听，以色列家的官长，你们也要听；难道你们不知道公平吗？然而，你们恨恶良善，喜爱邪恶，从人身上剥皮，从人骨头上剔肉。你们吃我民的肉，剥他们的皮，打断他们的骨头，切成像锅里的块，像釜中的肉块。那时，他们要向耶和华呼求，耶和华却不应允他们。到那时，耶和华必掩面不顾他们，因为他们行了恶事。”

据我所见，耕耘罪孽的，必收割罪孽；种植毒害的，必收割毒害。他们因神的气息而灭亡，因他的怒气而消灭。狮子的咆哮，猛狮的吼声，尽都止息，壮狮的牙齿也都断掉。公狮因缺乏猎物而死亡，母狮之子也被分散。

“但你的眼你的心什么都不顾，只顾你的不义之财，只知流无辜人的血，施行欺压和迫害的事。”

雅各家的首领，你们要听这个，以色列家的官长，你们也要听；你们厌恶公平，屈枉正直，用人血建锡安，以罪孽造耶路撒冷。城中的首领为贿赂而审判，祭司为薪俸而教导，先知为银子说默示，他们竟倚靠耶和华，说：“耶和华不是在我们中间吗？灾祸必不会临到我们身上。”

看哪！以色列的领袖们恃着自己的能力，在你里面流人的血。
