以色列的上帝——万军之耶和华说：“我听见了摩押人的毁谤和亚扪人的辱骂。他们毁谤我的子民，扬言侵占他们的土地。我凭自己的永恒起誓，摩押和亚扪必刺草丛生、盐坑遍地、永远荒废，如所多玛和蛾摩拉一样。我余下的子民必掳掠他们，我幸存的百姓必承受他们的土地。”

“我听见摩押人的毁谤和亚扪人的辱骂，就是毁谤我的百姓，自夸自大，侵犯他们的境界。”

我聽見摩押毀謗，亞捫人辱罵；他們辱罵我的百姓，自誇自大，侵犯他們的疆土。」

摩押人、亞捫人、毀謗譏誚我民、或作摩押人毀謗我民亞捫人譏誚我民彼毀謗我民、自高自大、侵犯我民之境、我聞之矣、

“ I have heard the insults of Moab and the taunts of the Ammonites, who insulted my people and made threats against their land.

The Lord says,“ I have heard Moab make fun of my people. The Ammonites also laughed at them. They told them that bad things would happen to their land.

“ I have heard the taunts of Moab and the revilings of the Ammonites, how they have taunted my people and made boasts against their territory.

“ I have heard the taunts of the Moabites and the insults of the Ammonites, mocking my people and invading their borders.

I have heard the taunting of Moab and the insults of the Ammonites, who have taunted my people and threatened their territory.

“ I have heard the taunting of Moab And the abusive speech of the sons of Ammon, With which they have taunted My people And boasted against their territory.

“ I have heard the reproach of Moab, And the insults of the people of Ammon, With which they have reproached My people, And made arrogant threats against their borders.

I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, wherewith they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border.

I have heard the taunting of Moab and the insults of the Ammonites, who have taunted My people and threatened their territory.

I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, whereby they have reproached my people, and magnified[ themselves] against their border.

“ I have heard Moab’s taunts and the Ammonites’ insults. They taunted my people and verbally harassed those living in Judah.

I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the insults of the children of Ammon, with which they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border.

耶和华说：“亚扪人三番四次地犯罪，我必不收回对他们的惩罚，因为他们为了扩张领土，竟剖开基列孕妇的肚腹。

论到亚扪人，耶和华说：“难道以色列没有子孙，没有继承人吗？为什么祭拜米勒公的人占据了迦得，住在城邑中？”

摩押啊，你不是曾经嘲笑以色列吗？以色列难道是强盗吗？你每次谈到她总是不屑地摇头。“摩押人啊，你们要离开城邑，住到岩洞里，像鸽子在岩缝里筑巢一样。我们听说摩押人傲气冲天，他们狂妄自大、心中高傲。

他们说：“来吧，让我们铲除以色列，让他们亡国，被人遗忘。”他们串通一气，勾结起来抵挡你。他们是以东人、以实玛利人、摩押人、夏甲人、迦巴勒人、亚扪人、亚玛力人、非利士人和泰尔人。

告诉他们要听主耶和华的话。主耶和华说，‘当我的圣所被亵渎，以色列变得荒凉，犹大人被掳的时候，你们竟然哈哈而乐。所以我要使东方人侵占你们的地方。他们必在你们的土地上安营扎寨，吃你们出产的果子，喝你们牛羊的奶。我要使拉巴成为骆驼的草场，使亚扪人的土地变成羊群歇息之处，这样你们便知道我是耶和华。“主耶和华说，‘你们看到以色列的灾祸，便幸灾乐祸，手舞足蹈。因此，我要伸手攻击你们，使你们成为各国的俘虏。我必从万民中铲除你们，从万国中消灭你们，使你们灭绝。这样，你们就知道我是耶和华。’“耶和华说，‘摩押和西珥嘲笑犹大与其他各国没有两样。所以我要攻陷摩押边界的城邑，就是那地方引以为荣的伯·耶西末、巴力·免和基列亭。我要将它和亚扪人一起交给东方人统治，使亚扪人从此被列国遗忘。我必审判摩押人，这样他们就知道我是耶和华。’

主耶和华这样说，仇敌说，哈哈，这古老的山峰归我们了！’
