趁命令还没有发出，日子还没有像风前的糠秕一般吹过，耶和华的烈怒还没有临到你们，耶和华忿怒的日子还没有临到你们以前，你们要聚集起来！

即於命令未出、光陰未逝、其速如糠、耶和華烈怒未降、忿恚之日未至以先、會集而來、

其日伊邇、流光荏苒、譬諸飄風、簸揚秕糠、我命未出、爾當自省、而悔厥過、

他发忿恨，谁能立得住呢？他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢？他的忿怒如火倾倒；磐石因他崩裂。

因此，他们必如早晨的云雾，又如速散的甘露，像场上的糠秕被狂风吹去，又像烟气腾于窗外。

列邦奔腾，好像多水滔滔；但神斥责他们，他们就远远逃避，又被追赶，如同山上的风前糠，又如暴风前的旋风土。

耶和华发怒成就他所定的，倒出他的烈怒；在锡安使火着起，烧毁锡安的根基。

恶人并不是这样，乃像糠秕被风吹散。

耶和华说：“你们要等候我，直到我兴起掳掠的日子；因为我已定意招聚列国，聚集列邦，将我的恼怒，就是我的烈怒，都倾在她们身上。我的忿怒如火，必烧灭全地。

他们何尝像风前的碎秸，如暴风刮去的糠秕呢？

耶和华如此说：我必照着犹大王所读那书上的一切话，降祸与这地和其上的居民。因为他们离弃我，向别神烧香，用他们手所做的惹我发怒，所以我的忿怒必向这地发作，总不止息。’

当耶和华发怒的日子，他们的金银不能救他们；他的忿怒如火必烧灭全地，毁灭这地的一切居民，而且大大毁灭。

“主要降临的应许在哪里呢？因为从列祖睡了以来，万物与起初创造的时候仍是一样。”他们故意忘记，从太古，凭神的命有了天，并从水而出、藉水而成的地。故此，当时的世界被水淹没就消灭了。但现在的天地还是凭着那命存留，直留到不敬虔之人受审判遭沉沦的日子，用火焚烧。亲爱的弟兄啊，有一件事你们不可忘记，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主所应许的尚未成就，有人以为他是耽延，其实不是耽延，乃是宽容你们，不愿有一人沉沦，乃愿人人都悔改。但主的日子要像贼来到一样。那日，天必大有响声废去，有形质的都要被烈火销化，地和其上的物都要烧尽了。

然而，耶和华向犹大所发猛烈的怒气仍不止息，是因玛拿西诸事惹动他。耶和华说：“我必将犹大人从我面前赶出，如同赶出以色列人一般；我必弃掉我从前所选择的这城耶路撒冷和我所说立我名的殿。”

天地要废去，我的话却不能废去。”

耶和华的怒气必不转消，直到他心中所拟定的成就了。末后的日子你们要全然明白。

万军之耶和华说：“那日临近，势如烧着的火炉，凡狂傲的和行恶的必如碎秸，在那日必被烧尽，根本枝条一无存留。但向你们敬畏我名的人必有公义的日头出现，其光线有医治之能。你们必出来跳跃如圈里的肥犊。

耶稣对众人说：“你们要努力进窄门。我告诉你们，将来有许多人想要进去，却是不能。及至家主起来关了门，你们站在外面叩门，说：‘主啊，给我们开门！’他就回答说：‘我不认识你们，不晓得你们是哪里来的！’那时，你们要说：‘我们在你面前吃过喝过，你也在我们的街上教训过人。’他要说：‘我告诉你们，我不晓得你们是哪里来的。你们这一切作恶的人，离开我去吧！’你们要看见亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各，和众先知都在神的国里，你们却被赶到外面，在那里必要哀哭切齿了。

因为他是我们的神；我们是他草场的羊，是他手下的民。惟愿你们今天听他的话：你们不可硬着心，像当日在米利巴，就是在旷野的玛撒。

你们忘记神的，要思想这事，免得我把你们撕碎，无人搭救。

看哪，我已使你成为有快齿打粮的新器具；你要把山岭打得粉碎，使冈陵如同糠秕。你要把它簸扬，风要吹去；旋风要把它刮散。你倒要以耶和华为喜乐，以以色列的圣者为夸耀。

他们却嘻笑神的使者，藐视他的言语，讥诮他的先知，以致耶和华的忿怒向他的百姓发作，无法可救。所以，耶和华使迦勒底人的王来攻击他们，在他们圣殿里用刀杀了他们的壮丁，不怜恤他们的少男处女、老人白叟。耶和华将他们都交在迦勒底王手里。

当以嘴亲子，恐怕他发怒，你们便在道中灭亡，因为他的怒气快要发作。凡投靠他的，都是有福的。

我耶和华说话，所说的必定成就，不再耽延。你们这悖逆之家，我所说的话必趁你们在世的日子成就。这是主耶和华说的。”
