The Lord will be awesome to them when he destroys all the gods of the earth. Distant nations will bow down to him, all of them in their own lands.

Of these were the isles of the nations divided in their lands, every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.

For I will take away the names of the Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be mentioned by their name.

For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Jehovah from Jerusalem;and he will judge between many peoples, and will decide concerning strong nations afar off: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning- hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

O praise Jehovah, all ye nations; Laud him, all ye peoples.For his lovingkindness is great toward us; And the truth of Jehovah endureth for ever. Praise ye Jehovah.

He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, And from the River unto the ends of the earth.They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; And his enemies shall lick the dust.The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall render tribute: The kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.Yea, all kings shall fall down before him; All nations shall serve him.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith Jehovah of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered; and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.

All the kings of the earth shall give thee thanks, O Jehovah, For they have heard the words of thy mouth.

All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto Jehovah; And all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.For the kingdom is Jehovah’s; And he is the ruler over the nations.All the fat ones of the earth shall eat and worship: All they that go down to the dust shall bow before him, Even he that cannot keep his soul alive.A seed shall serve him; It shall be told of the Lord unto the next generation.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye peoples, from far: Jehovah hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name:

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when neither in this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, shall ye worship the Father.Ye worship that which ye know not: we worship that which we know; for salvation is from the Jews.But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.

Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, And drank the wine of their drink- offering? Let them rise up and help you, Let them be your protection.

For then will I turn to the peoples of a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him with one consent.

These shall lift up their voice, they shall shout; for the majesty of Jehovah they cry aloud from the sea.Wherefore glorify ye Jehovah in the east, even the name of Jehovah, the God of Israel, in the isles of the sea.From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs: Glory to the righteous. But I said, I pine away, I pine away, woe is me! the treacherous have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous have dealt very treacherously.

I desire therefore that the men pray in every place, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and disputing.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come peoples, and the inhabitants of many cities;

And Jehovah uttereth his voice before his army; for his camp is very great; for he is strong that executeth his word; for the day of Jehovah is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

Sing unto Jehovah a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth; ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.

Ask of me, and I will give thee the nations for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.Now therefore be wise, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth.Serve Jehovah with fear, And rejoice with trembling.Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and ye perish in the way, For his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all they that take refuge in him.

He will not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set justice in the earth; and the isles shall wait for his law.

The heavens declare his righteousness, And all the peoples have seen his glory.Let all them be put to shame that serve graven images, That boast themselves of idols: Worship him, all ye gods.Zion heard and was glad, And the daughters of Judah rejoiced, Because of thy judgments, O Jehovah.

And the seventh angel sounded; and there followed great voices in heaven, and they said, The kingdom of the world is become the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ: and he shall reign for ever and ever.

His name shall endure for ever; His name shall be continued as long as the sun: And men shall be blessed in him; All nations shall call him happy.

All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; And they shall glorify thy name.

They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea.And it shall come to pass in that day, that the root of Jesse, that standeth for an ensign of the peoples, unto him shall the nations seek; and his resting- place shall be glorious.

And I will stretch out my hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarim with the priests;
