“ I will utterly consume everything From the face of the land,” Says the Lord;

耶和华说：“我必从地上除灭万类。

耶和华说：“我必从地面上彻底除灭万物。

耶和华说：“我必从地面上彻底除灭万物。

“我必毁灭地上的一切。这是耶和华说的。

耶和华说：“我必把万物从地上完全除灭。”

耶和華說：我必從地上除滅萬類。

耶和華說：「我必從地面上徹底除滅萬物。

耶和華說：「我必從地面上徹底除滅萬物。

耶和華說：“我必把萬物從地上完全除滅。”

永恆主發神諭說：『我必從地面上徹底掃滅一切。

耶和華曰、我必盡滅萬類於地、

我於斯土、必使百物殄絶、

曰、我於斯地、必除滅萬類、

“ I will sweep away everything from the face of the earth,” declares the Lord.

I will completely sweep away everything from the face of the earth— this is the LORD’s declaration.

“ I will completely remove all things From the face of the earth,” declares the Lord.

I will utterly consume all things from off the face of the ground, saith Jehovah.

I will completely sweep away everything from the face of the earth— this is the Lord’s declaration.

I will utterly consume all[ things] from off the land, saith the LORD.

“ I will destroy everything from the face of the earth,” says the LORD.

I will utterly sweep away everything from the surface of the earth, says Yahweh.

“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Behold, I will bring calamity on this place and on its inhabitants— all the words of the book which the king of Judah has read—because they have forsaken Me and burned incense to other gods, that they might provoke Me to anger with all the works of their hands. Therefore My wrath shall be aroused against this place and shall not be quenched.’”’

Yet the land shall be desolate Because of those who dwell in it, And for the fruit of their deeds.

“ Say thus to them,‘ Thus says the Lord God:“ As I live, surely those who are in the ruins shall fall by the sword, and the one who is in the open field I will give to the beasts to be devoured, and those who are in the strongholds and caves shall die of the pestilence.For I will make the land most desolate, her arrogant strength shall cease, and the mountains of Israel shall be so desolate that no one will pass through.Then they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have made the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.”’

to fulfill the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths. As long as she lay desolate she kept Sabbath, to fulfill seventy years.

‘ And as the bad figs which cannot be eaten, they are so bad’— surely thus says the Lord—‘ so will I give up Zedekiah the king of Judah, his princes, the residue of Jerusalem who remain in this land, and those who dwell in the land of Egypt.I will deliver them to trouble into all the kingdoms of the earth, for their harm, to be a reproach and a byword, a taunt and a curse, in all places where I shall drive them.And I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence among them, till they are consumed from the land that I gave to them and their fathers.’”

Behold, I will command,’ says the Lord,‘ and cause them to return to this city. They will fight against it and take it and burn it with fire; and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation without inhabitant.’”

So the Lord said,“ I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.”

Be instructed, O Jerusalem, Lest My soul depart from you; Lest I make you desolate, A land not inhabited.”Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ They shall thoroughly glean as a vine the remnant of Israel; As a grape-gatherer, put your hand back into the branches.”

Then I said,“ Lord, how long?” And He answered:“ Until the cities are laid waste and without inhabitant, The houses are without a man, The land is utterly desolate,

And you shall say to Jehoiakim king of Judah,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ You have burned this scroll, saying,‘ Why have you written in it that the king of Babylon will certainly come and destroy this land, and cause man and beast to cease from here?’”
