耶和華說：“到那日，必有呼叫的聲音從魚門發出來，必有哀號從新區發出來，必有崩裂巨響從山間發出來。

永恆主發神諭說：『當那日必有哀叫的聲音從魚門發出，必有哀號聲從第二區出來，有極大的破毁聲從眾山丘傳開。

耶和華曰、是日必有哀哭之聲、出自魚門、號咷之聲、出自二區、傾圮之聲、出自邱陵、

耶和華曰、當是日、自魚門至米士尼、延及邱陵、殺戮人民、號呼之聲、遐邇咸聞、

主曰、當是日自魚門必聞號咷之聲、自二二或作內城必聞哀哭之聲、自山間必聞大悲慟之聲、

“ On that day,” declares the Lord,“ a cry will go up from the Fish Gate, wailing from the New Quarter, and a loud crash from the hills.

“ At that time people at the Fish Gate in Jerusalem will cry out,” announces the Lord.“ So will those at the New Quarter. The buildings on the hills will come crashing down with a loud noise.

“ On that day,” declares the Lord,“ a cry will be heard from the Fish Gate, a wail from the Second Quarter, a loud crash from the hills.

“ On that day,” says the Lord,“ a cry of alarm will come from the Fish Gate and echo throughout the New Quarter of the city. And a great crash will sound from the hills.

On that day— this is the LORD’s declaration— there will be an outcry from the Fish Gate, a wailing from the Second District, and a loud crashing from the hills.

And on that day,” declares the Lord,“ There will be the sound of a cry from the Fish Gate, Wailing from the Second Quarter, And a loud crash from the hills.

“ And there shall be on that day,” says the Lord,“ The sound of a mournful cry from the Fish Gate, A wailing from the Second Quarter, And a loud crashing from the hills.

And in that day, saith Jehovah, there shall be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and a wailing from the second quarter, and a great crashing from the hills.

On that day— this is the Lord’s declaration— there will be an outcry from the Fish Gate, a wailing from the Second District, and a loud crashing from the hills.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD,[ that there shall be] the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and an howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills.

On that day,” says the LORD,“ a loud cry will go up from the Fish Gate, wailing from the city’s newer district, and a loud crash from the hills.

In that day, says Yahweh, there will be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, a wailing from the second quarter, and a great crashing from the hills.

此後，瑪拿西在大衛城外，從谷中的基訓西邊起直到魚門口，建了一道城牆，圍繞著俄斐勒，他把城牆建得很高；又在猶大各設防城裡，派駐軍長。

於是希勒家祭司、亞希甘、亞革博、沙番、亞撒雅去見女先知戶勒大。她就是掌管禮服的沙龍的妻子，沙龍是哈珥哈斯的孫子、特瓦的兒子。她住在耶路撒冷第二區；他們就把事情都告訴了她。

“到那日，聖殿的歌聲必變為哀號；屍首眾多，拋棄各處；你們要肅靜。”這是主耶和華的宣告。

因此我說：“要轉開你們的眼，不要望著我，讓我痛哭吧！不要因我人民的毀滅，而急急安慰我。”因為主萬軍之耶和華使“異象谷”有驚恐、踐踏、混亂的日子：城牆被拆毀，哀聲傳到山上。

哈西拿的子孫建造魚門，他們安置橫梁，裝上門扇、門插和門閂。

我的肺腑，我的肺腑啊！我絞痛欲絕。我的心哪！我的心在我裡面顫抖，我不能緘默不語。我的靈啊！我聽見了號角的聲音，也聽見了戰爭的吶喊。毀滅的消息頻傳，因為全國盡都毀壞，我的帳棚忽然毀壞，我的幔子轉瞬破裂。我看見旗號要到幾時呢？我聽見號角的聲音要到幾時呢？

那日是忿怒的日子，是困苦艱難的日子，是荒廢淒涼的日子，是黑暗幽冥的日子，是密雲漆黑的日子，

後來大衛住在保障裡，稱保障為“大衛的城”。大衛又從米羅向裡面周圍築牆。

所羅門在耶路撒冷，在耶和華向他父親大衛顯現過的摩利亞山上，就是在耶布斯人阿珥楠的禾場上，大衛預備的地方，開工建造耶和華的殿。

大衛卻攻取了錫安的保障，就是大衛的城。

你要在主耶和華面前肅靜！因為耶和華的日子臨近了，因為耶和華已經預備了祭物，把自己所請來的人分別為聖。

我聽到好像婦人產痛的叫聲，正像生頭胎孩子的婦人疼痛的叫聲，就是錫安居民（“居民”原文作“女子”）的聲音，他們喘著氣，伸開雙手，說：“哎！我有禍了！在那些殺人者跟前，我發昏了！”

我們都咆哮如熊，悲鳴像鴿子；我們等候公平，卻沒有公平；指望拯救，拯救卻離我們很遠。

這樣，耶和華拯救了希西家和耶路撒冷的居民，脫離了亞述王西拿基立的手，和其他仇敵的手，又使他們四境平安。

西底家第十一年四月九日，城被攻破。
