For behold, the stone that I have put before Joshua; on one stone are seven eyes. Behold, I am going to engrave an inscription on it,’ declares the Lord of armies,‘ and I will remove the guilt of that land in one day.

See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua! There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I will engrave an inscription on it,’ says the Lord Almighty,‘ and I will remove the sin of this land in a single day.

Now look at the jewel I have set before Jeshua, a single stone with seven facets. I will engrave an inscription on it, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, and I will remove the sins of this land in a single day.

Notice the stone I have set before Joshua; on that one stone are seven eyes. I will engrave an inscription on it”— this is the declaration of the LORD of Armies—“ and I will take away the iniquity of this land in a single day.

For who has shown contempt for the day of small things? But these seven will rejoice when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel— they are the eyes of the Lord roaming throughout the earth.”

just as it is written:“ Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense, And the one who believes in Him will not be put to shame.”

Jesus* said to them,“ Did you never read in the Scriptures,‘ A stone which the builders rejected, This has become the chief cornerstone; This came about from the Lord, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruit.And the one who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; and on whomever it falls, it will crush him.”

In those days and at that time,’ declares the Lord,‘ search will be made for the wrongdoing of Israel, but there will be none; and for the sins of Judah, but they will not be found; for I will forgive those whom I leave as a remnant.’

A stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone.

nor was it that He would offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the Holy Place year by year with blood that is not his own.Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now once at the consummation of the ages He has been revealed to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

And I saw between the throne( with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slaughtered, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge.

They will not teach again, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord,“ for I will forgive their wrongdoing, and their sin I will no longer remember.”

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at the proper time.

Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal:“ The Lord knows those who are His;” and,“ Everyone who names the name of the Lord is to keep away from wickedness.”

He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief cornerstone.

“ On that day a fountain will be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for defilement.

By this will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all time.Every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins;but He, having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, sat down at the right hand of God,waiting from that time onward until His enemies are made a footstool for His feet.For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.And the Holy Spirit also testifies to us; for after saying,“ This is the covenant which I will make with them After those days, declares the Lord: I will put My laws upon their hearts, And write them on their mind,” He then says,“ And their sins and their lawless deeds I will no longer remember.”Now where there is forgiveness of these things, an offering for sin is no longer required.

Then He will become a sanctuary; But to both houses of Israel, He will be a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense, And a snare and a trap for the inhabitants of Jerusalem.Many will stumble over them, Then they will fall and be broken; They will be snared and caught.”

who has no daily need, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the sins of the people, because He did this once for all time when He offered up Himself.

and that He might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the hostility.And He came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near;

revealing yourselves, that you are a letter of Christ, delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

For the eyes of the Lord roam throughout the earth, so that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His. You have acted foolishly in this. Indeed, from now on you will have wars.”

And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by people, but is choice and precious in the sight of God,you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.For this is contained in Scripture:“ Behold, I am laying in Zion a choice stone, a precious cornerstone, And the one who believes in Him will not be put to shame.”This precious value, then, is for you who believe; but for unbelievers,“ A stone which the builders rejected, This became the chief cornerstone,”and,“ A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense”; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this they were also appointed.

Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that lasts for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.”

The next day he* saw Jesus coming to him, and* said,“ Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

The stones shall be engraved according to the names of the sons of Israel: twelve, according to their names; they shall be like the engravings of a signet, each according to his name for the twelve tribes.

and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.And although you were previously alienated and hostile in attitude, engaged in evil deeds,

“ Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the wrongdoing, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for guilt, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy Place.So you are to know and understand that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem, until Messiah the Prince, there will be seven weeks and sixty two weeks; it will be built again, with streets and moat, even in times of distress.Then after the sixty two weeks, the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.And he will confirm a covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come the one who makes desolate, until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, gushes forth on the one who makes desolate.”

And he responded and said to those who were standing before him, saying,“ Remove the filthy garments from him.” Again he said to him,“ See, I have taken your guilt away from you and will clothe you with festive robes.”

“ You shall also make a plate of pure gold and engrave on it, like the engravings of a signet,‘ Holy to the Lord.’

However, it was our sicknesses that He Himself bore, And our pains that He carried; Yet we ourselves assumed that He had been afflicted, Struck down by God, and humiliated.But He was pierced for our offenses, He was crushed for our wrongdoings; The punishment for our well being was laid upon Him, And by His wounds we are healed.All of us, like sheep, have gone astray, Each of us has turned to his own way; But the Lord has caused the wrongdoing of us all To fall on Him.He was oppressed and afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth.By oppression and judgment He was taken away; And as for His generation, who considered That He was cut off from the land of the living For the wrongdoing of my people, to whom the blow was due?And His grave was assigned with wicked men, Yet He was with a rich man in His death, Because He had done no violence, Nor was there any deceit in His mouth.But the Lord desired To crush Him, causing Him grief; If He renders Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, And the good pleasure of the Lord will prosper in His hand.As a result of the anguish of His soul, He will see it and be satisfied; By His knowledge the Righteous One, My Servant, will justify the many, For He will bear their wrongdoings.Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great, And He will divide the plunder with the strong, Because He poured out His life unto death, And was counted with wrongdoers; Yet He Himself bore the sin of many, And interceded for the wrongdoers.

Who is a God like You, who pardons wrongdoing And passes over a rebellious act of the remnant of His possession? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy.He will again take pity on us; He will trample on our wrongdoings. Yes, You will cast all their sins Into the depths of the sea.

As a jeweler engraves a signet, you shall engrave the two stones according to the names of the sons of Israel; you shall set them in filigree settings of gold.
